## Black Reviews in United States

### **--- "Not Aready"
I downloaded this app but found it has old stories from Dec 2023. I was hoping it was an alternative to X but sadly it isn’t. ☹️☹️
-- Bengal4life, 2024-05-10

### *---- "ARTICLES NOT UPDATING"
My feeds haven’t updated in over 3 weeks when refreshed. It’s also slow to open and populate articles. Is the app “under construction” or has it been abandoned?
-- Huneyhuuush, 2023-12-22

### ***** "I love ❤️ this app!"
This app keeps me informed on everything happening in the black diaspora across the nation.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
-- mrstonyarwilliams, 2022-09-01

### ***-- "Great concept"
I like being able read what’s going on in the black community. So far in a week I’ve read about issues and situations that are not covered by national media. My one gripe is what so many ads? Why so many pop up ads? It’s distracting and annoying. Having to click the “x” to close and ad, only for another to pop takes away from immersing in the article. Other apps such do not have that. I will continue to use Black, but I cannot recommend it to my senior relatives who do not have the manual dexterity capability to keep closing ads. Please do something about that.
-- Luvgooddeals, 2022-06-26

### ***** "OUT WITH THE OLD, IN WITH THE NEW"
Well designed app for lifelong learners. Best of all, it’s hog free!
-- golfinho305, 2022-06-21

### ***** "Flawlessly Dope!!!"
As an app developer myself, this app is by far the best app I have seen in a long time if now ever. This is flawlessly done!!! Dap it up to the developer, it’s hard for us in the tech world and from nerd to nerd you have done beautiful work. I have shared it to my friends and I will continue pushing it to others. By far the best app for our culture. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
-- delee360, 2022-06-20

### ***** "One stop shop"
All I was looking for was an app set with notifications that keep me in the loop of news I care about. Thanks, developers!!
-- ?!$Jow$!?, 2022-05-01

### ***** "Resolved! Not refreshing content from some news outlets"
Thanks for taking care of this! Issue resolved

I have really been enjoying this app over the last few months. However, over the past couple of weeks, it has stopped giving new content from The Root which is one of my favorite sources for news. It seems like a glitch but it’s a big one for me and I hope it can be fixed soon.
-- carrie who cares, 2022-04-22

### ***** "Most Informative"
I absolutely love this app! It’s the only app that is completely inclusive, all races, unlike the mainstream news outlets
-- Kessey220, 2022-03-18

### ***-- "Great Idea -Terrible execution"
I wish I could suggest this app to friends but there is no button within the app to do so. I’m addition none of the buttons to share the story work. This is a great idea however please work on the app so it’s useable. I can barely read story without accepting cookies from each news site. Can’t even do that because the app has the button to close out of the story on top of the accept button.
