## Black & Brew Official Reviews in United States

### ***-- "Could use improvement"
I like the app but would recommend expanding the ingredients in each product description (green tomato relish, for example-what’s in it?). Also, make the app link to Apple Pay or google pay so we don’t have to enter a credit card number.
-- 88Fem, 2024-08-07

### *---- "Terrible"
Worst app I’ve ever used. No guest checkout allowed, no Apple Pay available, have to give everyone and their mothers information just to put an order in. Terrible. Would rate 0 stars if I could.
-- Caitc88363828, 2024-03-01

### ***** "B&B is great!"
I love the food service and location!!
-- UFgator#1, 2024-01-31

### **--- "Needs Apple Pay"
Wish the fields would auto populate instead of having to retype apple infor and payment details. Otherwise ok!
-- cnutttts, 2023-11-17

### *---- "Why do I have to have an app for everything?!!"
So much easier if I could just order online than using this stupid app
-- rlresler, 2023-11-13

### *---- "Downgrade"
This is a bit of a downgrade from the Toast Takeout app integration.
-- RepeatCustomer819, 2023-11-09

### *---- "Don’t force me to tip"
The app forces you to tip, you cannot avoid this. Absolutely disgusting. Pay your employees so they don’t have to rely on tips, and don’t force customers to tip. I don’t want to use the app to pickup, I want to order online. Stop forcing customers to download your app. Your app doesn’t support Apple Pay or Android Pay forcing me to enter my card details. This information is shared with your app developer according to the terms of service, which feels very unsafe. You are forced to sign up for the app, you cannot guest order. You must give them all your information to place an order for food.

This was such a hassle, I will not be going to black and brew anymore. It’s not worth it. The order was $40 for 2 sandiwches and 2 drinks and you made me struggle to give you my money. Never again.
-- LakelandReviews, 2023-10-27

### ***** "😁😁"
the app is extremely user friendly
