Only downside is that it doesn’t work for android users -- Sam91:)), 2024-11-24 ### *---- "100% CRAP!" What a waste of money! To install the darn app and get the camera to behave somewhat like a camera, it took me 3 days bc it wouldn't install in my newer iPad and i had to install it on my old, outdated iPad! That trash of-a-camera shouldn't be sold anymore bc it's ancient and can only work on old devices! I finally registered and installed that piece of garbage to find out that I couldn't use the camera bc I couldn't log back on since my password was not recognized! I then had to go through that nonsensical registration & installation process all over again! I'm so frustrated that I'm just about ready to take a hammer to the darn piece of trash and throw it in the garbage where it belongs! Neither "Black Label Innovations" nor "Bayit Home Automation Corp" provide any customer assistance whatsoever! I will NEVER purchase any product bearing either one of those trade names ever again! -- BelleFleur99, 2022-12-26 ### *---- "Too many issues" I’ve had two of these cameras for a few years, but they never worked quite right. I never get notifications, the time stamp for recorded videos is all over the place, so I can’t rely on the time it was supposedly recorded and the sensor doesn’t seem to function, it records nothing, no movement. Works great if you just want to check in on pets or whatever, but don’t rely on it for home safety. -- gsfonzy, 2021-08-11 ### ***** "1" My uncle need y’all to add this on the google play store, the instructions say it’s up there but I can’t find the app on his phone -- 511oldcraft, 2021-04-25 ### *---- "Stopped working" The app stopped working with the iOS upgrade. -- AminShashank, 2021-04-02 ### ****- "Not bad honestly" For the price this camera is pretty handy. Use it at my moms house and I have three of them hooked up. They are connected 90% of the time with no issues. One of them (the newer version) lags like crazy but the others are troopers. My main gripe is that every time you open the app (if multiple users are accessing the cameras) you have to log in. -- Aleemone, 2021-01-05 ### **--- "App needs updates" My phone just updated to the latest version of IOS and the app stop working. Please update app to work on the latest version of IOS. -- Jomar1, 2020-12-01 ### *---- "App crashes / no support" First notifications disappeared than the app started crashing and I can’t use the system. I do not recommend the camera since it does not do what it is designed to do and I can’t get support. They advertise baby monitors, imagine how dangerous it is that you do not know that the camera is no longer functioning, I wasted my money but no one else should. -- Farm a Mer, 2020-11-29 ### ***-- "Worked for years, and the not." Had it for years, worked flawlessly from anywhere in the world. iPhone updated and the app just failed. -- Pittcraft, 2020-11-19 ### *---- "Black Label model BL2603" This camera was difficult to setup at first. Had it 6 months. Now it goes offline and will not reboot. I have factory reset the camera and followed instruction with lab cable. Camera starts but will not communicate and stays “offline” . I have submitted for service advice.... NO RESPONSE AT ALL IN TWO WEEKS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TEDIOUS UNIT. DOES NOT WORK. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Not a happy camper at all. WORKS WORKS WHEN IT WANTS TO...
