BlackBerry Work delivers a personalized business experience. See your colleagues’ photos in your email. View online availability to chat everywhere you work - in email, a calendar event and on their contact card – a capability unique to BlackBerry. Quickly navigate among your business apps using Launcher. Switch easily between composing an email, adding a contact, or scheduling a calendar event with quick action buttons. And always know that your personal privacy is protected without intrusive geo-location capabilities. 

Simple app navigation:
• Launcher: Simplify multi-tasking and app navigation with easy switching between your email, calendar, contacts, app settings and other BlackBerry apps.
• Quick actions: Work smarter with quick action buttons to compose an email, schedule a meeting or add a contact.

1. The Blackberry work team seem to think that copy and paste within the application is insecure  rendering the application almost unusable for pro/power-user use cases. 

2. Why do I have to type in my password every single time to sign in???? And why does the FaceID sign in feature almost never work????? You don’t even support keychain passwords. It’s good enough for bank apps, why not for you blackberry. 

3. Many of the design decisions of the overall applications are inexplicable: 

- No rapid way to navigate between emails and calendars... A feature that every other email client  seems to have already mastered. It could take up to 6 click to get to calendar in this app. 
 
-No easy way to save document attachments locally on the device, in other document apps or iCloud Drive. 

- On top of the concern mentioned above regarding opening documents and attachments in other applications. Blackberry seem to think that not providing us with an appropriate document opener within the app is appropriate response to the aforementioned limitations. PDF files are always out of whack, any ms document e.i. Word excel and PowerPoint are not compatible. 

- Importing documents to create an attachments are done in a convoluted way as if to discourage anyone to use that feature. 

-It seems that blackberry has completely ignored the available Apple APIs for gestures and swipes on the screen to navigate applications. 
Causing any one-handed use of the application to be extremely hard. 

- And even if the application provides any of the aforementioned messengers they are so on discoverable or obscure that it is as if they weren’t there. This is coming from an avid mobile power- user. 

For your quest of supposed security, dear Blackberry, you have made an application that is neither secure nor functional because of all the workarounds we have to use to get work done.  CONGRATULATIONS! YOU PLAYED YOURSELVES. 

Blackberry please get your act together. 
You’ve gimped almost every good feature and API Apple provides. An application like this one would’ve been borderline acceptable six years ago.

Lots of things to like about the app. But a HUGE issue is the unexpected notification outages. All of a sudden, no emails. Life is good. Only to settle in at the desktop to discover many that were missed.

Absolute garbage. Slow, buggy. Separate apps for everything with no integration between each app (mail, chat, browser). Mail app horrible to use. Drafts randomly deleted or cleared out of content.  Absolute shame people are forced to use this for work.

This app promotes the use of insecure passwords by not supporting password managers or even copy/pasting of passwords. 

It forces you to use a password you can remember, which is bad security practise.

You need to be a software engineer to log in to this thing.  I absolutely hate this ap.  It sucks so bad.  The company must have got a good deal.  Not user friendly at all.  It makes you think you are logged in and then once all info is entered, it blocks you right before log in.  Hey blackberry, fix this or quit!!!

I am usually self-sufficient with technology, I set everything up for my family at home, help people at work, but this app is just awful to use.
When there are problems with it (often) there is always an hour long procedure with the tech help line of uninstalling and reinstalling apps, multiple times (which is a pain because every activity in Blackberry work apps is a separate app), restarting the phone multiple times.
If you want something that is frustrating, takes a lot of time to troubleshoot every couple of months and makes you want to break your phone, get Blackberry UEM.
