Does what I need it to do but in the timer settings it display temperature in Celsius even when switched to Fahrenheit. So when the time is activated the unit starts at the wrong temp -- scanman75, 2025-08-13 ### *---- "Explain why my robot from black and decker won’t update" I have it all set up the way it should be. All that is left is an update. I have kept my phone on top of the roomba like robot and every single time I try to update it, it always says that it timed out and to keep my phone next the router and to stay on the app. That is exactly why I have been doing and so far, nothing. It always says it times out when there is zero interference. This needs to be fixed please. -- This name is taken enter, 2025-07-18 ### *---- "would give 0 stars if I could" doesn’t even connect to my ac at all -- Pris516, 2025-07-09 ### *---- "Impossible to use" Doesn’t connect to Internet absolutely impossible to use, and apparently that is well known with programmers -- Garvinann, 2025-03-28 ### *---- "Set up" Says it's an easy set up but doesn't give you a video from the QR code and it's hard to find who to contact to trouble shoot. Very frustrating with the appearance of a quick and easy set up -- Nunya3456, 2024-12-26 ### *---- "Very Cheap Device and App- Do Not Buy!" Tried to get this set up for my aunt to go on vacation. The app kept erroring on her phone (Android). Deleted app and reinstalled, didn’t work. Downloaded on my iPhone and it worked. I did a data update on the device and then the Android phone could connect. By the next morning the Android didn’t recognize the device. Now a week into it and the device is not able to be identified by my iPhone. Horrible app as it kept changing the temp that was set on “hold” mode. She woke up with the house being 60 when it was 10 below zero! -- luciffa, 2024-02-27 ### *---- "App does not work" In the beginning, the app worked great. For several months now it has not worked at all. The camera still works. The monitor it came with for use in the house works. The app does not. -- lilgreenfish, 2024-02-22 ### *---- "Uses tuya for devices" Better off using official Tuya Smart App instead of this ripoff -- randompea, 2022-12-24 ### *---- "Very few products listed within the app." I’m attempting to connect an $80 undercabinet light with smart home capabilities and the app could not scan the product’s QR code and did not have it included in the app’s product set up directory. Bummer. -- mr.clyde, 2022-08-18 ### ***** "Love it." Works very well. -- Max cider, 2022-07-27 [View all Black reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to Black -
