The ride from the airport was very pleasant, and I would like to commend the driver for his courteous behavior and assistance with the language barrier. The car was exceptionally clean and offered a comfortable and pleasant environment for the journey. Thank you for the excellent service.

I will not recommand this service One time i ordre from them they took the money first and the chauffeur he dont know where is the my location its take 1h after that he didnt come after they send you invioce thank you . Taxi better 100% then this

The first few rides were pleasant and I thought it was worth the extra price given the amenities and seat massage. However my last 3 rides were a fail, 2 had the tablet broken and hence no seat control, heat or massage could be used (of course no prior alert was given nor the ride fare was less) , and 1 of the rides took 1 full hour extra as the driver missed 3 turns. However no proper apology was given and the situation was not ratified, also customer care needs at least 20 minutes of back and forth (Rizalyn) messaging to provide an unsatisfactory resolution and waste more of your time. Trust me get Uber black , cheaper and you get fully what you pay for.
