### ***** "Number of rides"
It would be good if at the Rides section you add the total number of rides like it was before so when a ride is cancelled or needs update you noticed that if you don’t check the email.
The offers section also used to have a small red number which was good.
The notification is a little bit slow so sometimes if you have the app open you accept the ride then after 2 sec you get a useless notification.
The refresh button was so useful I hope you would bring it back.

Dear Blacklane team…!
You’re requested to please bring back old app specially in New York, USA. New app is not compatible as compare to old app. 
The main and worst problem is that jobs are pop up in old app first then it show to new app. Please fix this issue. Either shut down all the old driver app or let the jobs pop up same time both apps. Plus same issue in Android users and iOS users. Trips are not showing same time in both mobile users. There is 2 or 3 second difference between android and iOS users.

I started working for black lane in July. Ever since I maintain a 5 star rating. The region I work at is very busy but still rides only hang in the system for seconds. New ride alerts come in very late in this new app. I have a 2nd phone where I had the old app still installed and I receive notifications on it way before this one. Now I can’t even use the old app.
If you’re thinking about working for this company stay away. There are better options. Black lane will steal from you literally. I have sent them a dozen emails about incidents where I was not paid fairly and they just ignored it. One of them I had an hourly booking and the customer asked for 2 more hours. I added wait time in the app (btw the new app does not show a counter for wait time) I waited an extra 2 hours because the customer wanted to watch a basketball game I called the support letting them know that the booking will be extended by 2 hours. And when I received my bill at the end of the month they didn’t even pay me for those two hours even though I document it. It is showing on the portal that that ride was 8 hours instead of 6 I even put a note explaining the extra time. 
Did I mention that black lane will intentionally send you offers for rides about to start soon and the pickup location is hours away from you. If you accidentally click on those offers good luck. You won’t make it in time and if you give the ride back they charge you 100% of the fair price. Every pay statement I received has at least -$500 in fees. You hard all month just for them to take it away from you. Btw they do have a gps tracking system and they know where you are. They keep on sending these far away offers that about to start just to cash in on under paid drivers. 

Very evil company stay away.
