## BlackRock® Active Investor Reviews in United States

### ***** "It works"
I don't know why there's so many 1 star reviews, I needed some help over the phone which they were very responsive on, and the nice lady over the phone got me where I needed to be.
-- Pengu Review../, 2026-07-24

### *---- "Horrible!"
BlackRock miserably fails when it comes to online apps either on the iPhone or a computer. Just locks up when I log in. There computer app does not work with Safari. I have to use Chrome or Edge to get on and then it periodically locks me out. It has done this for years. They really need to hire some more compete developers.
-- John3801, 2025-10-16

### *---- "Sign up failure l"
In the end, it asks you to confirm your email, but the very last field is encrypted meant for a password, even though it says email confirmation. Seems like they phone gap wrapped or wrapped this site the gooey into a phone app. Maybe but in the end, a waste of time and concern for entering. Personal information for the developer I clicked enable or create an online account. And walk through that process the very last thing you enter is your email and then under that it says confirm email but instead of seeing an email you see this encryption code with dashes in it which I assume is for a password so it’s conflated the field for confirming your email with the password field..

### *---- "Wondering why they called it an “App”"
Nothing in this app, even you cannot find transaction history.
-- Alimilis, 2025-09-23

### *---- "Seriously BlackRock?"
Did a BlackRock Executive’s kid need a project for his high school Computer Science class? As far as I can tell, this app is nothing more than a web link to the BlackRock site, no different than a shortcut saved to your Homepage. I’ll keep my shortcut, and delete this app. At least the shortcut displays the site in dark mode!
-- Offgrid67, 2025-07-11

### *---- "Doesn’t even work"
I tried signing in and it seems to work but it goes into a perpetual loading screen with no end all you can do is sign in and sign out
-- Vaylin2772, 2025-07-07

### *---- "Waste of space"
App makes me log in every single time I open it. Even if i just closed it. Even with the stay logged in my “token” seems to expire consistently and when I do manage to get back in the app never loads and just sits there. Multi billion dollar company with a temu made app
