## BLACK'S Photobook Reviews in Canada

### *---- "Broken app"
Can’t process the cart after choosing all the photos I want to order.
-- Mega1984, 2025-11-09

### **--- "Bad experience"
Not a very good app and non existent support. Just use the Blacks website from your phone. I feel like they’ve given up on this app and don’t bother enhancing or maintaining it.
-- Paula Ina, 2024-09-15

### *---- "Useless"
Spent hours making a book but can’t get it to download into the cart to order. Customer service is equally useless and don’t answer. Waste of time.
-- Manos&Torgo, 2024-02-23

### *---- "Account management and usability"
Accounts do not sync with website and app. Wasted too much time trying to upload photos via app.
-- andyintoronto, 2023-10-15

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
Was really looking forward to using an app to easily make a photo book but it doesn’t work. I go to scroll through my pictures on my phone to upload them and it just resets back to my most recent pictures. I’m just trying to get to pictures from September (10 months ago) and can’t. Really annoying. Going to delete and try a different app.
-- Lissa153, 2023-07-09

### *---- "Won’t allow sign in"
I have used this app for years and now can’t log in yes I have reset my password disappointing off to a competitor
-- Rock905, 2023-05-16

### *---- "Can’t order photos"
Used to be able to order photos, now they only offer books.
-- iPod fitness, 2022-11-23

### *---- "Updated… only for books"
The app changed to only for photo books, I want to print photos from my phone with ease again… add this feature back!
Had to change my review. You fixed it! Thank you. I can now upload any number of photos at once and makes it incredibly easy to keep up with photos of my baby. Thanks for the update!
-- Briecoop, 2022-08-17

### ****- "I love Blacks but..."
I feel like they could improve the app. On my iPhone 11 the bottom banner (back and forward button) are in the way of the other options. I can’t see what options there are. I’d like to customize my canvas but the back buttons and this banner make it very difficult to do so.
-- Chrystalaljones, 2021-03-23

### *---- "Nightmare"
This app is awful - repeatedly asks for logins, can’t upload photos. Go elsewhere for your prints, it’s not worth the frustration.
-- StanleyPup, 2020-11-21
