Faulty
I don’t use the cloud system. Rubbish app, can’t access videos, you have to essentially setup your camera each time. The absolute opposite of user friendly. The developers have given up by the looks of it.

Session expiry
Ever since the update, I have to keep logging in every minute. Why have such short session expiry? I barely get to look at the footage and then I have to log back in. I might as well throw this camera in bin.
Useless
It worked well initially and it’s downhill all the way. Cannot get a wifi connection ( says VPN is the problem) Deleted VPN and still cannot view videos . What a pain!
Works well at the start but not anymore
Cloud Live view works fine however unable to watch playbacks recently and I’m wasting $60 AUD a month for a program that doesn’t even work as intended lately
Can’t download video
Since it updated Always showing Download failed “Check if app permissions are granted for backing up to your device. If not allowed, you won't be able to move downloaded videos.” Even I have granted full permission. I don’t know how to download my video on my dash cam now
Cloud
I have had this dash cam set up since December it’s flattened the car battery 4 times Even though I set it to turn off if to got under 12.8 volts that didn’t work. So went out brought a Dr 130 x battery for it, the battery last 13 to 14 hours from full charge now when I looked at it it says battery no connected to cloud you try to connect it and it say reconnect cloud or battery flat,no more GPS position anymore the amount of money I spent on this piece of junk since I brought one for my son as well I would be better to of just use my phone . I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL and others here in Australia are having same issues My cam is a D 970x lte 2 channel.
Terrible
What was once a easy to use app is now rubbish. Bombarded with pop up “features” that open when attempting to view footage, continuing the audio behind the pop up without the ability to return to the saved footage and then once you exit and find your footage again it doesn’t play because it’s playing already. Now with the removal of the saved videos feature, forcing you to save footage direct to your phones camera roll I have given up on it.
Great cameras but useless due to app
Clunky full of bugs, unreliable and does its own thing. In todays age it really unacceptable to have an app that can automatically record and have the ability to upload to a cloud service in a seamless transition. My camera is currently rendered useless due to an update that is full of bugs
Nothing Intuative
Obviously the developers have no interest in improving this app by the consistent global average reviews score. I made the mistake of not checking this before buying the dash camera system which itself is highly regarded. Nothing about the app is intuitive. Common things you want to access like settings and of course your footage is to complicated. Large simple icons on the Home Screen like competitor apps have would make life easier. Right now after the latest update I can’t even find my downloaded footage 🤷♂️
Trash and doesn’t promise what subscriptions say
I subscribed to the lite then the smart plan and after finding out the max time I got was two days worth of footage recorded and viewable from that point on the rest was gone and I also saved a minute but after a bit it also disappeared. I wasted money on a lie, it failed to give what it said and scammed me out of some money. It may not be much but still it’s money I could’ve used. This app is basically useless and stupid, it doesn’t even promise what it says it promises.
