## BlackVue Description
The Official BlackVue Dash Cameras app.
Taking advantage of a mobile or car-embedded Internet connection and a BlackVue dashcam, BlackVue Cloud connects you to your car through the Cloud. Using the BlackVue App on your smartphone or tablet, you see in real time where your car is located and what is happening around it.

Firmware update over the air
You can access your dashcam through a direct connection via Wi-Fi. Once connected, you can access all the videos stored on the dashcam's microSD card, adjust the camera angle, and modify BlackVue's settings as needed. You can also apply firmware updates wirelessly (FOTA).
BlackVue Cloud is a dedicated service for BlackVue users that allows you to access your BlackVue from anywhere at any time. Creating a BlackVue Cloud account is simple and free. After creating an account, you can register your Cloud-compatible BlackVue in the app and configure it to connect to your hotspot.

I am having major problems with the last firmware update. I am facing problems with the front camera. At the beginning I thought it’s broken but when I replaced the old SD card with a new one it worked just fine up to the moment when the dash cam decided to update and upgrade the settings, the previous problem recurred! Please fix this issue urgently!!!!

Somewhat the app developers are findings new ways to ruin the user experience with app.

It used to be good actually before the BIG update.

Now:

- slow.
-always showing the wrong date /time even after ai changed the sd card and kept formatting the camera.
-has to do a punch of things before I connect my camera to the app.

Every time they make updates and made it hard to access cameras. Changing layout, not able to access camera every time wifi request connection. It should not been updated or it it should have minor updates by correcting bugs.

This app wasn’t the greatest thing to begin with when I first got my dashcam but after seeing the updates I now see it’s horrible by design. 

Some greedy greedy person decided they weren’t making enough money on selling hardware and decided to try and extort everyone into buying a cloud subscription. 

Not connected to the internet when you open the app? It crashes and shuts down. 

Need to connect to the cameras local wifi with no internet to access your dashcam? Tough luck you should buy a cloud subscription. 

Just fundamentally broken unless you give this awful company more money. 

Pure greed and evil. I will be replacing my dashcam soon and making sure no one I know buys from this awful company.
