Firmware update over the air
You can access your dashcam through a direct connection via Wi-Fi. Once connected, you can access all the videos stored on the dashcam's microSD card, adjust the camera angle, and modify BlackVue's settings as needed. You can also apply firmware updates wirelessly (FOTA).
BlackVue Cloud is a dedicated service for BlackVue users that allows you to access your BlackVue from anywhere at any time. Creating a BlackVue Cloud account is simple and free. After creating an account, you can register your Cloud-compatible BlackVue in the app and configure it to connect to your hotspot.

Worst update
I am having major problems with the last firmware update. I am facing problems with the front camera. At the beginning I thought it’s broken but when I replaced the old SD card with a new one it worked just fine up to the moment when the dash cam decided to update and upgrade the settings, the previous problem recurred! Please fix this issue urgently!!!!
Bad updates
Bad date and time - Every week need to format sd card - Now ever time I download a video from my dash cam it save in my iPhone album instead of using app
Getting worse with every update
Somewhat the app developers are findings new ways to ruin the user experience with app. It used to be good actually before the BIG update. Now: - slow. -always showing the wrong date /time even after ai changed the sd card and kept formatting the camera. -has to do a punch of things before I connect my camera to the app. Seriously, fix this app!!!!
useless .. NOT RECOMMENDED
useless update, someone hit my car i could not access the dashcam nor know what happen, 2 months of calling support, no use end up repairing the car on my expense. you make it impossible to access the camera make my life difficult, i regret buying you stubid product, not recommend it to anybody

Stupid Updates
Every time they make updates and made it hard to access cameras. Changing layout, not able to access camera every time wifi request connection. It should not been updated or it it should have minor updates by correcting bugs.
