Firmware update over the air
You can access your dashcam through a direct connection via Wi-Fi. Once connected, you can access all the videos stored on the dashcam's microSD card, adjust the camera angle, and modify BlackVue's settings as needed. You can also apply firmware updates wirelessly (FOTA).
BlackVue Cloud is a dedicated service for BlackVue users that allows you to access your BlackVue from anywhere at any time. Creating a BlackVue Cloud account is simple and free. After creating an account, you can register your Cloud-compatible BlackVue in the app and configure it to connect to your hotspot.

Unit are hot to touch on, it this normal? And sometimes keep asking insert sim card
Session Timeout
Newest update since July has been causing my app to log me out each time I close the app. It became irritating that each time I open the app, I have to login my account again. Happens to all devices and other customer too! Please rectify .
Sept 2 update add “dark mode” or “download ablinking mode”
After Sept 2 update, I can no longer have a smooth access. In “Live View”, the download symbol disrupt the viewing every second for a few seconds! For “Cloud” & “Live Event Upload”, the error is “The camera is in used and/ or cannot start this function”. I have not try other function but I guess it will not be functioning well. In fact, this apps is totally not functioning well at all. Please do not update the apps to cause users troubles like this!

Promised unlimited live view on their Smart Plans not kept. After 10mins a pop up message will state that one has exceeded the daily 10mins live view

Not able to connect to DR650S wifi after upgrade to 3.46. Please suggest solution.

it was working fine till you guys push for another update, this time round can’t connect to live view. honestly it’s time to change to another brand
More misses than hits
App keeps crashing and social feed is unnecessary. The overhaul looks good but it’s irrelevant as the app can’t even stay open long enough to be functional.
