Broadway. The counter person needs to be courteous. He sounds like a robot. I didn’t realize my online order was canceled. I think he could have handled the online ordering process better. He was very rude and giving me a lecture about how the online order that I placed an incorrect address. But I showed him the address on my phone. I usually have to call them or the pick up service and let them know what the drink is. That’s it other than that thank you. Contact support and it’s like they didn’t even read my message. They just reply with how to redeem rewards without actually addressing the problems I outlined.
