Fries limp and mushy. Normally we have had good food here. -- Chili-less, 2026-03-20 ### *---- "Horrible Service" My order was wrong and worse then that when I got there one of tue older cooks was having a Tantrum and throwing food on the counter. When opened my burrito sauce was Everywhere and covered the outside of the Tortilla. Horrible Service, I ordered sausage with bacon and crispy hashbrowns and all I got was the sausage. -- Mbarnes1791, 2026-03-20 ### **--- "Don’t download" They make you sign up for an account before anything else, and you can’t sign up with Facebook, Apple, etc. All links on the side take you back to their website. There’s no benefit to this app. -- N factorial, 2026-03-17 ### *---- "App issue/wont post my review" Can’t add more than one patty, this is not inclusive for us bigbacks -- MeatyyNinja, 2026-03-02 ### *---- "This Blake’s restaurant needs to focus on their customer service skills" I rated this Blake’s restaurant on E. Broadway. The counter person needs to be courteous. He sounds like a robot. I didn’t realize my online order was canceled. I think he could have handled the online ordering process better. He was very rude and giving me a lecture about how the online order that I placed an incorrect address. But I showed him the address on my phone. I usually get great service and today it was poor service. I went to another Blake’s restaurant and I got excellent service on 20th Street. -- Sea beez, 2026-02-26 ### *---- "Not satisfied!" I haves not received my refund on several orders😕 Tried contacting them😕 -- 5staraj, 2026-02-21 ### *---- "Absolutely, horrible service" I placed an online order I got to the restaurant waited 45 minutes past the projected time that the order should be ready. I got home and the order was missing the fries. -- Hungry disgruntled Customer, 2026-02-07 ### ****- "Blake’s 6550 Paradise Blvd NW, Albuquerque, NM 87114" I’ve been going to the same LB for a long time, creature of habit at times, I have a usual order. I use my points, so the other day I thought I’d gotten a free, “Free” burrito, my points were removed, however they charged me anyway and took my points! Would be nice to get the free burrito, or at least my points returned😉👍 -- Joelamos59, 2026-02-05 ### ***-- "Wait is too long" I ordered online paid for my order via app. Every now and then when I order online the order is good. Today 2/1/26 they forgot to put any chili on two of these order. Very dry! -- KFriskie, 2026-02-01 ### *---- "Stole my points" New to ordering on apps Went to the redeem points section to try and get a burger. Imagine my surprise when it emptied my points and refused to send the order. Also the customer service line never answered what a joke! -- Whocares43, 2026-01-29 [View all Blake's LotaBurger reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to Blake's LotaBurger - [Maverik Rewards](https://apptail.io/app/maverik-rewards-ved/united-states) - [Selflane](https://apptail.io/app/selflane-YZT/united-states) - [Dion's](https://apptail.io/app/dions-FfYb/united-states) - [Flying Star Cafe Ordering app](https://apptail.io/app/flying-star-cafe-ordering-app-pCZb/united-states) - [Keva Juice Blendsation](https://apptail.io/app/keva-juice-blendsation-mErc/united-states) - [Pizza 9](https://apptail.io/app/pizza-9-oErc/united-states) - [CHeBA Hut "Toasted" Subs](https://apptail.io/app/cheba-hut-toasted-subs-Kqbd/united-states) - [Durango Joes](https://apptail.io/app/durango-joes-MPCd/united-states) - [Tucanos Brazilian Grill](https://apptail.io/app/tucanos-brazilian-grill-iTpl/united-states) - [Wienerschnitzel](https://apptail.io/app/wienerschnitzel-RPan/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
