Amazing impact

Our 12 year old son has been diagnosed with ADHD & ODD. For the past three years he has tried all varieties of prescriptions, nutrients and counseling with minimal improvement and inconsistent results. We got our Touchpoints a week ago and the results have been amazing. He has become so much more patient, empathetic and loving . While he still has moments of frustration or anger, they ever escalate beyond that moment and he usually apologizes immediately without prompting. He engaging with his brothers more and the entire family is more relaxed. The best way I can describe the impact is this. If on a normal day his stress level was an 8/10, it took very little to put him over the top with an explosive, emotional episode. Now, his baseline stress level seems to be a 4/10. When the same influences anger or stress him out, he goes to a 6/10 for a brief period and doesn’t escalate to an emotional episode. We don’t even ask him to use them, he is using them throughout the day on his own. Thank you so much for these great devices and we will be telling everyone about amazing experience.

These products are JUNK! When I first received them and they worked, they did make a difference but I bought them less than four months ago and I’m on my third replacement pair and this one still doesn’t work!! In regards to the app, the devices do not stay connected to the Bluetooth even when they’re sitting right next to the phone. They have some serious work to do on the app and the product itself. Do NOT purchase this product. I was told by customer service that the shelf life is one to two years, which I find ridiculous for a product that costs this amount of money but I haven’t been able to get my pair to work for more than a month! I didn’t believe all the negative reviews I read, I wish I had taken heed. Buyer beware - I repeat, do NOT buy this product!

I’m getting great benefits from the presets and the custom sets my therapist helped me configure. My only problem is battery life. I can’t use the devises throughout a difficult day without them needing a recharge. If I leave then sit for a day after fully charging them the battery is dead when I go to use them. Please I’m prove the battery or send two charging cables one for home and one for on the go.

I ordered my OriginalTouchpoints, charged them per the directions, and followed all of the directions to a T. One of them buzzed and one of them lit up but would not buzz. I contacted customer service. She walked me through to make sure I was doing everything correctly. I was. The app is not rocket science. They were connecting properly. She sent me a replacement as well as a-mailed me a shipping label to send the defective TouchPoint back. I did so. The replacement TouchPoint functioned exactly as the first one that shipped (it didn’t buzz.) I sent an e-mail to the customer service department stating that they advertised hassle free returns. I stated that I wished to return the TouchPounts for a full refund. I received a phone call from a supposed engineer at the company who again walked me through setting up the replacement Touchpoint. One of his suggestions was “putting pressure on the device, but not on the on/off button”. That didn’t work. He said they would send a replacement and make this right. He said he could see that the one I originally sent back was indeed not working. I made it clear to him that this was the last chance that he had to make this right. He sent me a shipping label. I sent TouchPoint #2 back. Instead of immediately sending me a working replacement back,TouchPoint decided to wait until TouchPoint #2 arrived at their facility and they had a chance to examine it. I sent TouchPoint customer service an e-mail on Wednesday August 29th, 2018 asking where my tracking number was for my second replacement Touchpoint and asked why it wasn’t sent out. I received a voicemail message from customer service that “their mail had gone out for the day” and that the replacement would definitely go out tomorrow (Thursday August 30, 2018). I received no tracking e-mail that it had gone out on Thursday August 30th. I sent an e-mail to Touchpoint after their closing hours on Thursday August 30th. I pointed out that I had not received tracking information and that the replacement had obviously not been sent out as promised. I told them I would be contacting my credit card company for a full refund. I received two e-mails this morning. One was for a replacement order where I did NOT have a choice of whether or not to authorize the order for replacement number two. It was made clear on the order that refunds were not allowed after shipments were made. The other e-mail was for tracking the replacement shipment. Please look on other sites for reviews. This

The product itself is helpful for stress relief, but unfortunately my TouchPoints won’t connect to my tablet unless I force quit the app each time I turn them back on. It’s a shame they haven’t solved this, but it has never worked perfectly, unless my touchpoints are just having issues. A bit disappointed with the app itself.

Extremely impressed. Has a deep calming effect and works extremely well for me for increasing focus. My only issues are that one of my TouchPoints has half the battery life of the other, and the noise. They are great for stepping somewhere and privately turning on, but the audible noise makes them unsuitable for a classroom or meeting. For someone who is noise sensitive they may have a problem with them. I have to listen to music on headphones when I wear them so I can’t hear the buzzing. But they are very effective.

I love the Buzzies and their calming effects. I’m not thrilled about the fact that you can’t choose if you want to update the app when you open it. If you’re in need of calming down how is opening the app to a notification that it needs updating and there’s no way to get around it going to help you in that situation? You should be able to choose when you want to update - like at a more convenient time for you???
