Platinumlist: Events & Tickets

It is advisable to refrain from using the services of Platinumlist agents due to a negative experience I encountered. During my reservation process, the internet connection was interrupted, resulting in an unintentional duplicate reservation. When I attempted to contact them for a refund of my tickets, my request was denied. I recommend selecting any other agent, excluding Platinumlist.

I tried to call the CS but I did not receive any response! Literally my money is all gone and none of them helped me! Will never deal with you again.

قمت بحجز فعاليتين عن طريق التطبيق الأولى لم تظهر في تذاكري وعند التواصل مع خدمة العملاء على الواتساب لا يتم الرد إلا بعد يوم أو أكثر بالإضافة إلى أن وسيلة الرد يبدو أنها آلية حيث لا يجيب على نفس السؤال، وكذلك عندما حجزت فعالية أخرى vip لم يتم إيضاح ماهي الخدمات المقدمة حيث تم خداعي وبعد حضور الفعالية لم أحصل على شيء في المقابل. لا أنصح بالتعامل معهم ويفضل الحجز عن طريق webook فقط وشكراً

Great app

When i purchased my tickets through their website, they did not deliver my tickets to email nor offered me Apple wallet pass even though it says that in their website. Instead they force customers into download their mobile app in order to view purchased tickets

التطبيق ممتاز وسهل وسريع 👌

App is good when you try to buy a ticket, but customer care really needs to be looked at. The company answers the hotline then asks you to go the website to contact them again. Tried messaging through WA/ chat feature in the app yet no luck.
