OVERVIEW
Bleep Test Solo allows you to run any type of Multi-Stage Fitness Test (MSFT) for any sport, record scores for up to 40 player profiles and view previous scores on a graph to track your fitness with ease.


INCLUDED TESTS

‣ UK Police Official Test - Used as part of the Police Service recruitment process in the UK.
‣ UK Fire Service Official Test - Used as part of the Fire Service recruitment process in the UK.
‣ UK & Australian Bleep Test - Most popular bleep test in Australia and the UK.
‣ Yo-Yo Intermittent Recovery (IRTL) Levels 1/2.
‣ Yo-Yo Intermittent Endurance (IETL) Levels 1/2.

BLEEP TIMING 
Accurate timing when running the bleep test is vital to get an accurate assessment of individual player fitness. We guarantee the timing of the bleeps on our range of bleep test apps are correct to 1/100th of a second compared with the corresponding official soundtrack (as tested on iPhone and iPod Touch devices).

This program is free, unbelievable. You can programme any sort of bleep test you can imagine. You can change the distance between the shuttle lines, you can add in a rest between shuttles (good for HITT), you can manipulate the speed for each shuttle to the 4th decimal place (Kph), you can controll how many shuttles per level... The possibilities are endless... The ever so cool coding script (really simple) that gives you cool abilities like adding rests at certain stages and setting the rest time... And more. Plus this app actually works, it does what its says it will do, for free... I bought a few different bleep test apps thinking they might be even better, but the bleeps didn't even chime on time or even bleep at all, and none of them had any where near this level of control, it's unbelievable. 

This app has a bleep speed limit of 200 shuttles per minute for those thinking about using it for setting you running cadence... And at about 170bpm it begins bleeps on every other bleep... Which is absolutely fine because then you can simply focus on counting one leg... instead of two legs at 180 counts per minute... Unless you're a sprinter looking to run as fast as Linford Christi! But at the end of the day nobody is going to be able to run faster than 200 shuttles per minute unless they were shuttling between lines two feet apart haha. 

The app is a diamond... I'll put my money on that this app could even help top level athletes improve.

Constantly freezes which means you have to delete the app and reinstall it which causes you to lose all your data. Very poor, may as well just have stuck with the free version !

For such a simple app you wouldn't expect it to freeze 3 out of 5 times.

The only way to unfreeze the app is uninstalling and then reinstalling.

If this issue alone was sorted then it would have been 5⭐️
