Whether use app or website you are lucky if you get the ticket booked even when the amount is deducted. Most of the time booking amount is deducted but the transaction gets failed from the Balmer Lawrie. Though amount us reverted to you but meanwhile you are in doubt if you should book again or wait. They don't respond either to customer emails nor to calls. The biggest issue is that the failed booking details are not showing anywhere in the app, which makes it very difficult to raise a complaint or track the refund. Only the onward ticket is visible, while the return ticket (which was not booked) has no record or reference number in the app. This is very inconvenient for users, especially when the amount deducted is high. The app needs major improvement in showing failed bookings, payment failures, and refund status clearly.
