With one’s ipad in a fixed location, the app insists on opening in portrait (thus sideways!) making it very difficult to use.

Good so far
The concierge messaging could be improved by adding the option to attach a photo, other than that, no issues, I like the community feature also
Nothing works anymore
In the recent months essential functionality of the app has broken including * seeing the list of packages at concierge * issuing key waivers Those are important features when living in a building, but none have been addressed by Ballymore (as so many others in the actual building).
Unreliable
Consistent in its failure to delight. Likes going on holiday without telling you. Had to get new reload three times so far. Messages still never get answered either. 🥱
Good app, badly used
The app works great, I have access to everything that’s going on in our development. The only issue is that information is somehow hidden. Things like the gym and classes timetables are quite difficult to find. For the rest it’s cool and I’m happy to have something like this.
Terrible
Full of lies and Ballymore making out to be more than what they are. Steer well clear of the corruption!
Terrible app, terrible company
Ballymore are the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Full of lies and broken promises, this app is no better. Terrible functionality, full of bugs and not user friendly.
It’s rubbish
Ballymore will try and push you to this, but it really is hopeless. Difficult to navigate and not ability to download messages. Hopeless.
Can’t log in
Can’t log in no matter what I do. Password reset doesn’t help either. It was working a few days ago and now nothing. Please advise!
