Changed my internet provider and now cannot get past an error on the sync module saying I have entered an incorrect password. All other devices in my house had no issues. Router is on 2.4Ghz only so that’s not the issue. Now have a completely useless system

Cant connect to the network via WiFi , it asks for my password to connect the sync module then it goes red on it and says the password is incorrect , needs sorting blink unable to do anything it’s a system that’s not working please sort ASAP

Latest app update has deleted all my saved settings and schedules. Still showing blank blue thumbnal image where camera views should be. . Absolutely rubbish and now completely unreliable as home security

App works great on ipad but doesn’t display cameras on iphone - just a Shop Blink Screen that you can’t close Pathetic

Every day, I have to log out and back in to be able to access my camera and ensure notifications can come through. This app is not functional and it’s ridiculous that after users saying this for a while, the problem has not been addressed.

All been running fine here, smooth and a great system for 6 months - then the latest update has meant that 3 cameras keep dropping off the system. Not helpful! The update has slowed the whole app and made it all very laggy. Please fix this and send a new update so the system can be used how it’s supposed to. Otherwise it’s now a huge waste of money!

If you have lots of clips, when scrolling down they don’t all load, then it jumps right back up today so you have to scroll all the way down again. Also it would be useful if you could filter unviewed clips, as currently I have to go looking for them. Then it jumps back up to the top so getting frustrating. Would be good if could show temperature on screen as well. I would love to be able to have different playback speeds that you can easily change, as I like to quickly play through clips to look for any events. All in all I like my blink cameras and used to prefer the old version of the app. I have been sucked into paying the subscription though as trying to watch clips from local storage is terrible.

Why has the ability to skip onto the next video clip been removed? Taking this away isn’t an improvement! When watching on an iPhone in landscape, you now have to close the clip, turn your phone back to portrait and then select the next clip and turn your phone back to landscape view! This is bonkers!

I absolutely detest this new version. Why get rid of the arrow to view next capture? Whose stupid idea was that? Put it back and allow me to view full screen on my iPad WITH THE ARROW to view next capture. You’re going to lose customers with this new ridiculous set-up. I preferred the previous version whereby viewing captures was very similar to Ring doorbell captures WITH THE ARROW to view next capture. For goodness sake, Blink and Ring are the SAME company, so why has Blink now become substandard? Is there any point in renewing my subscription if the features I was originally paying for no longer exist?
