Given I haven’t changed my tax payments nor my utilities payments to the Town of Canmore in the last decade, why do I have to send a copy of ‘proof’ of same each year. This is an unnecessary administrative burden, designed to frustrate and irritate residents, causing the unwary to have to pay while they renew. Please find a better way!
Slow, takes forever to set up vs paying directly for parking
It is not easy to choose how long you want to park for. Said parking ended in an hour I wanted for 9 hours. I could not change the amount. Nobody to call for assistance.
Provides easy parking payment option and the app is very user friendly.
In Banff and tried to pay at kiosk and had to download app. Consider simplifying user interface

Added a car in the parking lot. But lost it s info when back to office and pay. Had to add it again.
If Apple Pay not an option… that app is not complete.
I tried parking in Canmore, put in all of my info (both tried as an unregistered user and set up an account) and was waiting for the confirmation pin. It never came to my phone. I kept trying to ask for another code, then got a message that had too many attempts to request for a code. With limited time and a schedule to keep, dealing with trying to pay for parking for 20 minutes is unacceptable.
