Terrible app - don’t download it. Took 3 tries to get vehicle entered. Says it uses ApplePay - it doesn’t. Worst App ever. It would have taken me 1 minute to go to the machine to pay - instead I used the app and it took 12 minutes of my life. GARBAGE!!
We are so used to rating five stars without allowing the time for disappointment to be proven. I’m writing this review as evidence to contest a ticket when I inevitably get a ticket because the means provided to me were not working for me. My time is about to run out at 6, I went back to the lot to download the app after creating an account I tried to find the lot, tells me I need to contact support. I try to pay on the website I parkme and I can’t, it either doesn’t load or tells me how much time which either one hour or max time. The annoying thing is that the hassle for a service you disrupt seems to be worth the charge for a lot of people, but that’s like legal robbery when you can’t provide the means of technology to pay
The process to reset your password is so slow it is unusable. Please work on speeding up the process. It takes 10 minutes for an email to come out and by then the reset time has expired. A Catch22 if I have ever seen one.
I have always had to use this app to park my car and always made payments. I got ticketed $45 for not extending the time past 6am, which I did extend shortly after and paid another $27. This is a money grabber joke parking app that doesn’t even send you notifications that your parking is expiring!! That’s pure theft. At least green P constantly sends you notifications. People have busy lives and these apps could be designed better to help with that! On top of that, there is no customer service phone number!! Just a ridiculous chat! So frustrating!
The slider for time doesn’t work so I can’t select any time and therefore I can’t pay to park at my kids doctor’s parking lot. There isn’t another way to pay, so probably going to get a ticket now.
To long to load…should have apple pay…don’t want an hour! Want 10 minutes!
The app is clunky and needs Apple Pay integration for customer security.
