I was introduced to this app by a friend, who shared a book on it with me so that I could have a taste of it on the book I like. I can no longer do so. I’ve subscribed it for the second year. I’ve encountered a few issues but couldn’t get the team to respond. It’s been a week. There’s only an interim reply that says they’re busy handling the Black Friday sale. Otherwise the app is good.
Always encounter problem such as login fail or fail to load content. Subscribed for premium but get nothing.

I was able to highlight and unhighlight text without any problems before. However, now whenever I try to unhighlight text, the screen freezes so I have to exit the reading mode and enter it again, and the highlight can never be deleted. Please fix it.
I did a one year subscription and can’t use at my district at all and can’t refund. Crazy scam…
