Great product but app is faulty

Love the product. However often have difficulty accessing my library in the app. It simply states “Updating library”. Very frustrating!!!

Light and automatically text.

I prefer when the text scrolls up automatically and the light that helps follow the text appears. This new improvement doesn't work well for me. I liked it because I could listen and read while doing my stuff.

Warnings noted! Lost customer.

I intended to try Blinkist today but read the warnings and refrained from subscribing. I don’t doubt that Blinkist is a helpful and entertaining app, but can’t understand why it is so common even among otherwise serious subscription services to not see the downside of tricking customers into long and / or automatically renewed subscriptions. It’s just financially short sighted and reputation damaging. I’m sure I’m not the only one skipping a subscription because of these kind of dishonest methods. Blinkist: If you have a good product - don’t be afraid, customers will stay even if you give them a big red Cancel now-button!

Latest uppdate broke it. It won’t play anything.

Really useful!

Great sneak peak into books before deciding whether to buy them for a proper full read. Some of the summaries can also be enough information depending on the type of book. Happy with the product

Blinkist is getting worse

It used to be a well designed app, but when they introduced audio mode it suddenly became terrible. Now I am not reading a blink, I am reading a narrator’s script with duplicated “Blink number one. Introduction” lines and “You listened to this blink …”. Scrolling of text became shaky. Also I never managed to start an audio blink in my car via CarPlay. I am a disappointed customer who paid for a better Blinkist a year ago.
