Very very bad app

This app has a fundamental flaw. Unfortunately, it needs an Internet connection in the background to make it work! As we all know especially rurally the network connections are patchy to say the least!!! Sometimes, even with an Internet connection, it doesn’t seem to want to connect or work. When you have a workforce that use this for their timekeeping, this is quite critical! The only way this app could possibly be any good is if it worked off-line.

I have a question… does this track your location and every movement or only when you login or logout. My main concern is the privacy breach.

Can only clock in/out about 70% of the time, otherwise its “unkown error” Why, when I have location set to “only when using app” and I close the app, does it say “you have left X” when I leave the geofence? Why is location still be used? I have “swiped up” to close and when I view apps still running it is not showing?

The app keeps crashing when I try to update my shifts/when I clock in and out (sometimes) I have a iPhone 13 Pro Max on the newest update

We’ve been using this app since it was introduced. I use the data from this to work out their hours and to pay their wages. Recently my staff have not been able to clock in or out using the app. Keeping track of who’s in and who’s not is a nightmare. If this is rectified soon I’ll be looking else where.

Good system for clocking hours and rota. However, it would be good to set approval process in system whereby staff and managers could approve timesheets before pay run is set in motion.

Can you track your employees even when they have left the geofence location?
