BLK Live

Hello, We have switch from the BLK2Go Live application to the BLK Live application and the new one keeps crashing on iPhone. Our coworker who has an android doesn’t have this issue. The scan completes fine because it is independent of the app, but when the app crashes it cannot open again, the only solution is to delete and reinstall. We did not run into this issue with the old application, hoping that it is just a new application bug that can be fixed.

This is a scam app. Does not work, forces people to pay for a $2k yearly subscription to use actual field 360 app. You spend $20k on a camera and they bleed you money. Use a different workflow for scanning and registration. Leica could have sooooo much business if they made this affordable especially if this is their entry lasers compared to the Leica RTC 360 which would make sense then.

Getting data from this scanner is nearly impossible, and Leica’s software doesn’t make it any easier. With the phone connected to the scanner’s Wi-Fi network, no amount of careful entering of the login credentials will cause the app to find the scanner. Please fix this!

I was able to get the iPad mini connected to the Wi-Fi on the camera at which point the yellow light changes to green. However, despite several attempts and restarting the device I was not successful in getting the scanner fully connected
