Start improving your mental health now! What is Blobs? Blobs Mood Tracker allows you to take control of your emotions, identify and understand them. The fundamental principle of the app is your constant desire to understand yourself, reflect on your own emotions and events that influenced them, draw conclusions and work them out to improve your life. That principle allows to: Identify external and internal triggers that cause mood changes or mood swings; Learn more about how factors such as sleep, diet, and daily activities affect your moods; Develop coping techniques to help deal with negative moods and unwanted behaviors; Spot patterns and better understand shifts in mood; Determine if treatment is helping improve your mood; Reduce harmful behaviors. How does it work? A simple UI that allows you to track data on your current mood, the emotions, and feelings you are experiencing, as well as the activities and factors that influenced your mood. Mood Tracker allows you: Allows you to track changes in your mood over time; A simple and convenient way to keep track of your mood, your diary, which is always at hand; Helps to form a healthy habit of taking care of your psychological health; Statistics that allow you to understand what has a positive and negative impact on your mood during the day, week, month, and year; Stay motivated with daily notifications, which helps you create a new positive habit; Have a personal journal and describe your day in words (in a future release); Psychological tests and articles that will allow you to understand if there is a reason to contact a specialist (in a future release); Create custom emojis for your emotions and activities (in a future releases). For whom: For people with a depressed mood who want to help themselves through reflection. For people with depressive moods and for whom it is important to monitor their condition for further work with a therapist. For people with mood swings who want to understand what leads to sudden changes in their mood so that they experience fewer negative emotions. For people with increased anxiety and stress who want to reduce the influence of factors on their condition. For people who just want to raise awareness, find patterns and correlations in activities and moods to increase the comfort of their lives. No updates in 8 months - the app chat keeps telling me to restart the chat. When I got the app I was thinking, wow this is so cool I could definitely see why people would download the app! But when I got the app none of the chats worked, the only part I could do was mood tracking which was kinda a waste of space because I could get a different app and still get mood tracking with more benefits, and the “ask a question” chat. This was just my problems, and I did not pay the subscription so I could not get everything I understand that. Anyway I actually rate this a three the reason it says five stars is I did not feel like it would be seen if I was only at three! Anyway thank you if you read this! I would give you a cookie but I’m all out, sorry…. -- FroggyRM, 2024-01-15 ### *---- "Horrible app" It only let me chat once to the therapist before trying to make me pay money. It says you can do ads to find out your other results from the tests but none of the ads work. -- Artsy Fartsy Mermaid Plays, 2023-10-26 [View all Blobs reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Blobs In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Week subscription | $4.99 | | Year subscription | $29.99 | | Week Subscription 7 day trial | $8.49 | | Annual subscription | $89.99 | | Blobs Premium | $49.99 | | Full access | $59.99 | | Quarterly Subscription | $39.99 | | Year Subscription | $89.99 | ## Blobs Discovered Keywords - mental health - feelmo - free mental health apps - mental health apps - free mental health - mental health tests free - mental health free - mood app - mood chart - daily mood tracker ## Apps Similar to Blobs - [Yodha My Horoscope](https://apptail.io/app/yodha-my-horoscope-bfd/united-states) - [Journey - Diary, Journal](https://apptail.io/app/journey-diary-journal-Uln/united-states) - [Future: Horoscope & Astrology](https://apptail.io/app/future-horoscope-astrology-XFv/united-states) - [3Woo: Couples & Singles Dating](https://apptail.io/app/3woo-couples-singles-dating-mMy/united-states) - [Sleep Sounds – SleepTV](https://apptail.io/app/sleep-sounds-sleeptv-tzH/united-states) - [AdAstra Psychic.
