## Block Description
Block is the physical device and app designed to help you focus deeply, without disconnecting from what truly matters. It creates a phone-free environment by adding one powerful thing digital tools lack: intention.
With a single physical tap, Block activates a custom Focus Mode on your phone. Distracting apps are blocked, while essential ones, like calls, messages, or navigation remain available. You stay reachable, but no longer interruptible.
Place Block somewhere else: in another room, in your bag, at home, or in your car. As long as you’re not with Block, the blocked apps stay locked. To regain access, you have to physically go back to Block. That small moment of friction is exactly what breaks mindless scrolling.
Block is built for moments that matter:
-Deep work sessions;
-Studying without distraction;
-Focused meetings;
-Creative flow;
-Family dinners;
-Reading;
-Writing;
-Training;
-Or simply being present.
By combining a physical action with smart software, Block helps you protect your attention when willpower alone isn’t enough. Over time, it helps you build healthier habits, reduce screen urges, and reclaim meaningful time.
What Block helps you do:
-Activate Focus Mode with a physical tap
-Block distracting apps while keeping essentials available
-Track blocked attempts and screen urges

## Block Reviews in United States

### ***** "Best product to help with focus"
I tried screening blocking apps and even bought a flip phone to not let social media and other apps distract me. Nothing worked as I always found a way around it.

Block is the first device that actually works! Block allows me to block the apps that distract me while keeping the other apps available. By leaving my Block at home before I go to work I no longer can access these apps until I return. It actually works! I no longer get tempted to use social media during the day. My kids also started using it when they need to do their homework and they asked me to buy them a Block as they get their homework done much faster. Cannot recommend enough!
