Was well over level 1100 and the new update completely wiped my progress (for the second time) and took me back to level 1. Now every time I open this game it’s back to level 1. Please fix this issue, I don’t really want to have to start over.

The wand thing that comes and takes the pieces away is really annoying. Not sure why you guys thought people would like that. I actually want to play the game. I don’t want some magic wand to play it for me. It takes part of the challenge away, making the game less enjoyable. Would have been 5 stars if it weren’t for that.

Love the game but the game constantly glitches and removed all coins to 0. Experienced this at least 3 times and contacted customer support before but did not receive any response from them. Initially when I had 400 coins the balance reduced to 0 I brushed it off and continued but now I had at least 1.1k coins accumulated but now it’s back to 0 again ….

3 TIMES. ITA DELETED MY RIVEW THREE TIMES WHEN WRITING THIS.

I LOVE this game i have played it for hours while i watch shows and when i have free time but yesterday AND just now like less then a minute before i review this my progress got deleted. i was almost at level 300 then first time and just now almost made my way to 100. both times it happened after i watched an add to get an extra life but then it took me back to level 1. i have created an account to save my progress and when i logged out and logged back in it didnt fix it. this has HIGHKEY annoyed me. i uninstalled the app and will be reinstalling it and logging back in and am HOPEING that i get my levels back.

i copy and pasted that stuff from above the before it got deleted. NOW TO KEEP WRITING 💪

i have now reinstalled the app and all of my lands have been deleted this did NOT happen the first time, the first time i still had all of my lands but now i dont! in the game when you reach level five and and unlock that thinggy i dont know what its called but ANYWAY i was in the pink level thiggy and i still had around 40 something levels in it and im hopeing when i get to level five i have all of my levels still because i got around 120. my timbers have indeed been shivered my this. i love this game i would rate it 5 stars, its so fun it takes a little while to load into the game but after that its fine its not laggy or nothing. BUT. but. because all of my LEVELS AND PROGRESS GOT DELETED THAT PART IS IN THE NEGATIVES ALL THE WAY IN THE INFERNET BOTTOMMMM. please fix this and give me my levels back. i have screen shotted PROOF of it all bc i take alot of screenshots 😭. both times all my stuff got whipped after i watched an add to get another life because i was at 0 💔 PLEASE 🙏

Great game, have played for a long time, but it now keeps overriding and cutting out the audio feed. So if I am listening to music or a podcast in the background the game now cuts it out randomly. Very annoying. Will stop playing soon if not fixed.

i get that some games are hard but level 45 is virtually impossible to beat. sometimes i can tell when im not going to pass the first round the second the game loads. the combinations just aren’t there to be able to win. please make these levels actually achievable and not just have random colour blocks generated

UPDATE:
after 2 weeks of playing around 3 times a day i finally beat lvl 45 upon some miracle. since then im up to lvl 100 and just opened the game to find my game has reset and i’m back to lvl 1. HOWEVER, i cannot play the game, it exits or just doesn’t work everytime i press play. so frustrating considering this is a really fun game

It is an good game to play to pass the time but there’s been a couple of bugs lately like the occasional freezing then the game just shuts down and you lose a life, sometimes it doesn’t save progress then you are replaying levels again, getting unlimited lives for 30 mins but the prompt “out of lives” still shows and won’t let me play. Overall it is a decent game but just the small issues would need fixing

They had an outage and didn’t tell customers - many of us reinstalled the app thinking it was a problem on our end, and lost all our levels. I was on level 1646! No way I’m going back to start at level 1. Customer service were unresponsive so I’ve just deleted the app. Shame because it was a fun game while it lasted.

I have lost thousands of credits between playing games from one day to the next. They simply disappear, making it a complete waste of time playing the game and building up credits. When the next day you come back and you have zero for no apparent reason.
Worse is that I paid for this game. I am not on the free version, yet I still get ads. I don’t understand how this game can be so highly rated when it’s a total rip off.

I love this game and am totally addicted!  
The only negative is that the game completely froze twice on me and despite resetting my phone and a few other things, I had to delete the game and reinstall.  Then I lost all of my progress and had to restart twice as I don’t sign in to an account to play. This shouldnt happen
