To whom it my concern I’ve played this game for a few years now. I had lots of progress, then one day on the journey the start at level 1 won’t let me open it. So I deleted the app then reinstalled it. It worked for a few weeks it then stuck again. I lost all my progress i pay for no adds. Every time I get lots of coins it sticks. Again tonight 7/15/24 I don’t want to delete my progress again?
There is NO website for this developer l!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Journeys won’t load, frozen on Level one. I see many folks have complained about this. Would be nice for Developers to fix this, especially since I paid to have Ads removed. UPDATE: July 5, 2024 How ridiculous! This is a poorly developed game, keeps freezing up. I paid for the No Ad version, yet I keep getting Stuck in Ads that there’s no way to get out of it except shut the game down, lose your points when you try to reopen. I have been cheated out of 150 points plus 50 reverses. Now the Daily Spins don’t work either! I’m requesting a full Refund since obviously the developers don’t care enough to Fux these crashes.
I truly enjoy this puzzle game. It is very strategic. Reason I gave this game one star. No option for support or FQA the main reason for the low rating. NO option to save your progress. I had achieved high score then had to uninstall the game. I reinstalled the game. All of my game play was GONE Poor planning on the developer
You guys copy block blast
I paid $6.99 to have ads removed. But I am being absolutely bombarded with ads after almost every play. Why?

I was forced to update to this app and it is a complete disappointment. Your update/upgrade made this game less interesting and not nearly as much fun. The only good part is that I won’t be playing addictively.
This is a great brain exerciser. It’s very therapeutic for myself and others living with epilepsy. I thank you for this opportunity that strengthening my focus and memory.
I have had this game for a long time and loved it. Now,you keep pushing other games, from the App Store. None are as good as my original block puzzle. Please after one advertisement of new games please go back to my original block puzzle This has happened with my old puzzle app also. If it necessary to pay your bills, understand, but I’m in my 80 and WAS enjoying my old apps. They were better anyway. I’ve heard others complaining. Not very relaxing when every game is followed by some very dumb game and then it’s hard to go back to what you were playing in the first place. Please let me have my originals and let me chose when I want an update. I would be ever thankful..J
