Can’t sent anything
Zo jammer. In het begin werkte de app erg goed. Nu wacht ik al een week op reactie en vrijgeven van toegevoegd geld. Je zou denken dat dit een fraude app is…..
They somehow changed a few things and now I can not access my account
**TL;DR: If you value your money and privacy, avoid Blockchain.com. They might just lock your funds indefinitely with zero accountability.** I've been a loyal user of Blockchain.com since the app was first launched. My trust in this platform was shattered during a recent trip abroad when I transferred $8,000 to my account to take advantage of a market dip. In the past, I regularly moved smaller amounts of $1-2k without any issues. However, this time, after two days of waiting, my money still hadn’t arrived. I reached out to their customer service, hoping for a quick resolution. Instead, I was met with a series of increasingly invasive requests. First, they wanted confirmation that I was indeed traveling. I confirmed. Then, they questioned whether I used a VPN. I confirmed that too. But the situation escalated when they asked me to provide proof of income, assets, pay slips, and bank statements. Excuse me? Since when is it acceptable to demand someone’s entire financial history through email? This isn't how things work in the EU. Governments might have that authority, but an app? Absolutely not. Now, on top of everything, my funds—over $20,000—are completely locked with no clear path to resolution. This is not just unacceptable; it's alarming. I would strongly advise anyone considering using Blockchain.com to think twice. You could very well find your money trapped without any valid justification, just like I did.
Transfered 2 euros but the balance doesnt change i dont get a e mail nothing
Have been a customer for 5+ years and discovered their malicious practices recently when I’ve tried to withdrawal 5k usdt I had in Earn account at 7% apy. The moment I try to withdrawal nothing worked anymore. Transactions are impossible with money from Earn, either absurd fees or nonsense error messages when trying to send it out. Support keeps telling you to log from incognito and send screenshots, upload of screenshots doesn’t work on their chat, emails are ignored. At last they give you a hint and you understand everything: please try to exchange your usdt to other crypto and transfer, magically now it works but you have to pay a high toll in fees! TOTAL SCAM!!!
I can’t find funds in my wallet
