## Blockudoku Description
Blockudoku® is an original combination of sudoku and block puzzle games. It’s a simple yet challenging puzzle you won’t be able to put down.

Match blocks to complete lines and squares to remove them. Keep the board clean, and beat your high score.

How to play:

- Drop the blocks on the 9x9 grid.
- Fill up lines and squares to keep the board clean.
- Complete Daily Challenges and get unique trophies.
- Join Seasonal Events and get unique animated postcards.
- Compete against other players in Tournaments, beat your high score, and climb the leaderboard.
- Destroy several elements at once to make a Combo.
- Make several successful moves in a row to get a Streak.

How to become a Blockudoku® master?

• There is no time limit, so no need to rush. Think one step ahead when faced with a difficult move. It might be your last one.
• Try to place blocks on the board to destroy lines or 3x3 squares with every move to keep the board from filling up.
• Find your zen by balancing between destroying figures as quickly as possible and getting as many combos and streaks as you can to score higher.
• Score more points by making streaks. The emptier the board, the better for you!
• It's always risky to wait for a good block – you may quickly run out of moves. When you see a chance to destroy a figure, do it.

This was my favorite game. I’ve played daily for over 5 years. I didn’t like the new “dumbed down” version, but found a way around that and just played the prior daily challenges. With the latest update, all the older daily challenges have now been replaced with the brainless versions. This game was great because the design was simple, but the puzzle could be challenging. Now the design is too busy and the puzzles are simple. Ugh. What a fail.

My girlfriend and I have both been playing this game for the past month competing to get high scores. I would consistently get a score between 2500-3000. One day all of a sudden I have a difficult time getting past 1000 no matter what I do. I thought maybe I just got worse but then I played a round on my girlfriend’s phone and got over 3000 on my first try and again on my second try. The difficulty level changes significantly between users and varies from game to game which takes away the fun of competing for high scores. I undownloaded it.

I used to play this game every single day for three years and then they took away the dark tiles. I don’t like the bright board so I stopped playing.  bring back a dark mode, please!

I’ve had this game forever and I don’t know if this was always the case but now the game doesn’t actually give you random pieces. Every month the game resets and will give you the worst pieces when you get close to your monthly high score and will slowly let you get a little higher each game as a way to keep you playing.

Would love to see the palette control return, possibly sporting alternate design styles or at least adopt the system-wide “dark mode” capability.

The ideal would be to allow users to create (and perhaps share) their own color schemes? Maybe offer the ability to purchase different themes or “skins” among which would be a “night mode”? There are numerous reasons to support this:

High contrast for vision impaired

Colorblind support

Night time/less disruptive

Very happy to see the developers maintaining and evolving their game.

i been playing this since 2021. almost daily. this new update doesn’t have a dark mode and it hurts my eyes how bright it is. even with brightness all the way down it’s too bright. bring back the dark mode.
