HeartCare Pro is designed to help you track and monitor blood pressure for free. With this app, you can record, track, analyze, and manage daily blood pressure info and readings. View bp in charts and graphs to help you observe low and high blood pressure trends. 

Main Features:
Log systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and pulse with just a swipe of your finger
Add feeling and medication labels
Edit, save, delete measurement record
Show the stage the record is in, including Hypotension, Normal, Elevated, Hypertension Stage 1 and 2 Hypertension  Crisis
Check blood pressure history in charts and lists
Health insights help you understand blood pressure, heart rate, blood sugar, BMI and diet management
Record and track blood sugar, heart rate and BMI
Set reminders to automatically remind you to measure and record heartbeat, blood pressure, blood sugar, and take medication every day
