Never even downloaded the app find a charge in my account and have spent the last 2 days trying to cancel after being charged for over 2 years for something I had no idea what it was. Support email don’t work and they leave you on hold and never answer reporting to my bank as fraud as there seems to be no other way

This would be 5 star if…. 
The app updated regularly like daily for a budget app. How can I keep track if it takes 10 plus days to update transaction? Otherwise I love it it’s a great app and would be useful ( I would have paid the subscription) if it updated 
Let me know if you fix this and give me a 2 week free trial to see if it works and I’ll be a customer for life !

I have been using the app for 6 months. Two month ago it started removing the transaction category changes I made when it connected with the bank. The app has not connected with the bank in 35 days now.  For the transactions that are showing it only displays the last 10 days of the month no matter what filtering is used. 
Bloom Support is unable to resolve.
No response to my refund request.

I purchased the premium plan to use the rent reporting feature. They kept asking me to wait, and every time I reached out, they told me to wait again. They never responded to my emails. It’s a money trap — stay away. Most probably you guys respond and say we couldn’t find your name in the database as you always do other people. Funny
