I have been in touch through the feedback form, support email to Spring Financial and Instagram, and so far I have been ignored. Bad reviews tend to do the trick, let's see. Next step is refund. A shame...

I set up the app and got the premium subscription. The app won’t get past the loading screen now. I tried restarting my phone and it still doesn’t load. This is unacceptable performance and does not inspire confidence in an app that has access to so much sensitive data. Now I can’t even unlink my accounts because the app is broken.

First my regular bank account won’t connect, so I added my backup. And then when I go to try and add my main again I get the pop up to pay for it. So you can only have one account in the free version.

This app is pointless until I can into the app.

Edit. I’m convinced more than ever now that this app is some kind of scam. Support does nothing to help or even respond appropriately to concerns. And coincidentally all of the issues they’re responding to are from users they cannot seem to find. 

This app needs to be removed from the App Store.

Update - your reply is interesting,, do you usually tell your customers “we can’t find you” in an attempt to make it appear that the review could be fake or inaccurate ? Weird you can’t find me since as I’ve described below, my accounts and banking information all have been synced to your platform… in this case, it makes sense you couldn’t find me,.. one more internal error to fix.

My comment:

“I got this app to search “parking” in 2024… so I set the search parameter to; Jan 1-Dec 31 (you have to click back one month at a time), typed in “parking”…. The results……… parking from today (April 2025) to October 2024…….. then I use the AI thing… type the word “Hello” and the response…. “Something has gone wrong”……… deleting immediately.”

I signed up for Bloom thinking it would help me manage my finances, but a few days after signing up, I began receiving suspicious login verification texts from my bank late at night. This only started happening after creating an account with Bloom, and it’s left me feeling uneasy about the app’s security. I deleted the app and immediately changed my banking passwords. Until the developers can address these concerns, I wouldn’t recommend trusting this app with sensitive financial info.
