AM disappointed that now there are too many ads even I have a full subscription. It also prohibits me to watch on my desktop due to firewall issue caused by the ads. I love the Bulletin! Please bring it back and place it right at the top!!

A couple of days ago my yearly subscription for 2588 HKD per year expired and I did not intend to further subscribe for such a high price. Yesterday suddenly a special offer for 1488 HKD for a 1 year subscription popped up in the App store which I considered more reasonable and affordable. I klicked to subscribe for 1488 HKD but was immediately charged 2588 HKD. I think a serious and trustworthy organisation should not apply such tricky and unethical business practises otherwise they will loose that trust. For me this is definitely the last subscription with this trumpish news organisation and I will evaluate their reporting more critical and sceptical in this comming last one year. May they experience what they deserve!

I subscribed to Bloomberg last year on an annual subscription, but I haven’t been using Bloomberg for several months already. I didn’t know they automatically charged my credit card until I got an SMS notification from my bank. I wrote to Bloomberg for a refund, they claimed that they have notified me the subscription by email but I didn’t get such message. Moving forward, I think Bloomberg should have first obtain customers confirmation before they proceed with payment. Overall, this is a very unsatisfactory experiences and I consider it a financial loss because I no longer need your services but I was forced to pay for this!!!!!

I feel disappointed and disturbed when using media-audio mode. Ads appear every single time between short reports. The time I spent on news and ads is in a ratio of 3:1 almost Can I disable these ads? As a subscriber of Bloomberg, i would expect a almost ads free interface. Thanks

Despite having to view the adverts, why the access to the articles is denied to non-subscribers? Makes no sense to diminish the number of your subscribers. Learn from CNBC maybe?

Paid for the app and still have to waste time listening to ads? Economist’s better as the audio’s not done by a bot with very awkward tones - it’s almost impossible to listen to the audios!

It is the most powerful app for business man.

After subscribing, it allows me no permission to any of the content, but sent me another thing again for accessing its content, rubbish
