A lot of advertisement, poor interface
It’s hard to find what you are looking for, the interface is slow. Also there are a loot of advertisements even for subscribed users. I think the newsletter is far better and easier than using the app.
Spamming newsletter
I’ve never signed up for any of your news letters yet somehow when I made a monthly subscription the newsletter came back. I understand that you are doing this to people who don’t pay for your micro transactions yet to a user who made subscriptions? Come on.
Listen function and saved articles could use improvement
Listen function just loads forever and you can never actually listen to an article. Saved articles won’t be stored in chronological orders making it hard to track your saved articles.

Unusable
Latest OS, latest iPhone. Have to hunt the web for fixes but still crashes. Unusable. Pointless. Very annoying as a paying subscriber - I won’t be one for much longer.
Generally ok, but I want some improvements
In-app switch between editions: It’s far better you allow us to access other editions such as Bloomberg.co.jp in App. Dictionary function to be enabled: Currently the text can not be selected probably to prevent copy & paste. But, at least, iOS’s dictionary feature should be enabled by allowing word selection. Section menu to be placed on Home tab so should the access easier.
