I lost all my progress!
I was having so much fun playing the game until one day all my progress was gone! I just opened the app as normal and suddenly i was back to rank 1 and i also lost everything else. This is very annoying and sad and i dont know if i wanna keep playing the game if i have to start all over again. I mean the game is good, but FIX THE PROGRESS SAVING ISSUE!

I bought lots of in game money, the second after I bought it they asked me if I wanted to transition this account over on my I cloud… I was thinking about it for a second and thought why not, now my account is gone ,that I have used a lot of time and money on… I can’t get it back either after trying many many times
