This happens all the time and is annoying when I want to prepay with my card. There is no reason for me to have to sign in again so often. I also have many trips cancelled by the app when booking because they can’t find a driver nearby, but then when I call to book a cab and a driver is 1 mins away. Doesn’t make sense. They need to look into fixing this, most of these five star review are probably fake. -- iata19, 2024-09-17 ### *---- "Driver charged extra for no reason" I am a frequent user for blue and white taxi over 9 years. The trip today was a rip off. The driver charged me double what was estimated and he claimed some reasons that the were never discussed or communicated by blue and white taxi. I had to pay him and tried to call blue and white call Center. And it looks this Center is not in canada and they only understand one thing , sending a driver to pick up. The driver was terribly slow and I did not understand why then but after checking the app it looks they charged me extra time -- 7ssank, 2023-08-19 ### **--- "Address" The app is awful. It doesn’t pick up my home address so I am forever having to phone the driver. Thanks -- Cat's rule, 2022-10-31 ### ***** "Excellent Service" Whenever I call taxi within 10 minutes driver is at my doorstep. Their driver’s are highly professional always take shortest possible route and cabs are always neat and clean. -- Rustam SanaUllah, 2021-07-09 ### ***** "Affordable, Very simple app, and its good" Cheaper than uber and lyft. Simple app, easy to use. Driver comes quick for pickup and follow road rules. -- Lemonito3, 2021-05-03 ### ***** "Very good, very reliable." Have been using blue and white taxi for more than 10 years. Never had any issue. They are very reliable, always on time. Cars are in good condition. Now they are even better with this smart phone app. -- Michael7726, 2019-08-03 ### ****- "Not bad." Zero issues with the app in general, yes Uber is cheaper but I’ve had my hurdles with them as some of us have so I’ll stick to a regular cab if I do need it. Drivers are always kind and quick to arrive. Out of all my rides with B/W I’ve only had one driver issue. -- Will2978, 2017-11-27 ### *---- "Don not recommend wais of time taxi company" Would rate not even a 1/4 of a star it’s like they hire stupid people very jerky ride driver passed me 4 times on initial pick up when I’m clearly out front of address all on all way less than a star in my review as well as the second time I booked the cab never showed up then got a call asking if I still wanted a cab will be taking my business elsewhere and possible to Uber sounds like a bunch better platform that the joke of service I have gotten also haven’t mentioned it but I’m also physically challenged (disabled) so to be jerked around by this company really doesn’t stand well in my books -- THEHicks, 2017-11-11 ### *---- "This app is crap" I use blue and white taxi three maybe four times a week from my home to work and it cost me around $10. I tried the app today and they added two dollars to my fair for using there app. Well app has been deleted from my phone, and I will just keep calling in for a cab. -- Capt Canuck, 2016-08-02 ### *---- "Ruined the App" This used to be a useful app but they ruined it. Now when you get in the cab, the meter is already locked at whatever the estimated fare is. In my experience the estimation is always more than what the metered fare would be. Will never use this again. -- John_Harrison, 2015-10-15 [View all Blue and White Taxi reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Blue and White Taxi Discovered Keywords - blue and white taxi - blue taxi ## Apps Similar to Blue and White Taxi - [Aeroport Taxi & Limo Service](https://apptail.io/app/aeroport-taxi-limo-service-qth/canada) - [Oakville United Taxi](https://apptail.io/app/oakville-united-taxi-Vhs/canada) - [All Star Taxi Mississauga](https://apptail.io/app/all-star-taxi-mississauga-Wneb/canada) - [A-1 Taxi Brampton](https://apptail.io/app/a-1-taxi-brampton-Lteb/canada) - [Taxi.club](https://apptail.io/app/taxiclub-Nteb/canada) - [A Black Cab](https://apptail.io/app/a-black-cab-Oteb/canada) - [Hamilton Cab](https://apptail.io/app/hamilton-cab-Steb/canada) - [Blue Line Taxi Hamilton ON](https://apptail.io/app/blue-line-taxi-hamilton-on-jueb/canada) - [Ridesure USA](https://apptail.io/app/ridesure-usa-GCeb/canada) - [Seven Eleven Taxi Brampton](https://apptail.io/app/seven-eleven-taxi-brampton-MJvk/canada) ## Blue and White Taxi Available In - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/blue-and-white-taxi-Kteb/canada) - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/blue-and-white-taxi-Kteb/united-states) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/blue-and-white-taxi-Kteb/india) - [Egypt](https://apptail.io/app/blue-and-white-taxi-Kteb/egypt) - [Kuwait](https://apptail.io/app/blue-and-white-taxi-Kteb/kuwait) - [China](https://apptail.io/app/blue-and-white-taxi-Kteb/china) - [Colombia](https://apptail.io/app/blue-and-white-taxi-Kteb/colombia) - [Dominican Republic](https://apptail.io/app/blue-and-white-taxi-Kteb/dominican-republic) - [Algeria](https://apptail.io/app/blue-and-white-taxi-Kteb/algeria) - [Ecuador](https://apptail.io/app/blue-and-white-taxi-Kteb/ecuador) - [Finland](https://apptail.io/app/blue-and-white-taxi-Kteb/finland) - [Hong Kong SAR China](https://apptail.io/app/blue-and-white-taxi-Kteb/hong-kong) - [Israel](https://apptail.io/app/blue-and-white-taxi-Kteb/israel) - [United Arab Emirates](https://apptail.io/app/blue-and-white-taxi-Kteb/united-arab-emirates) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/blue-and-white-taxi-Kteb/japan) - [Kazakhstan](https://apptail.io/app/blue-and-white-taxi-Kteb/kazakhstan) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/blue-and-white-taxi-Kteb/mexico) - [Malaysia](https://apptail.io/app/blue-and-white-taxi-Kteb/malaysia) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/blue-and-white-taxi-Kteb/new-zealand) - [Peru](https://apptail.io/app/blue-and-white-taxi-Kteb/peru) - [Philippines](https://apptail.io/app/blue-and-white-taxi-Kteb/philippines) - [Pakistan](https://apptail.io/app/blue-and-white-taxi-Kteb/pakistan) - [Saudi Arabia](https://apptail.io/app/blue-and-white-taxi-Kteb/saudi-arabia) - [Sweden](https://apptail.io/app/blue-and-white-taxi-Kteb/sweden) - [Singapore](https://apptail.io/app/blue-and-white-taxi-Kteb/singapore) - [Thailand](https://apptail.io/app/blue-and-white-taxi-Kteb/thailand) - [Brazil](https://apptail.io/app/blue-and-white-taxi-Kteb/brazil) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/blue-and-white-taxi-Kteb/australia) - [Argentina](https://apptail.io/app/blue-and-white-taxi-Kteb/argentina) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
