The pet tracker never gave me location updates unless I opened up the app and checked on the location. Even When setting the geo fence. When I phoned support they said this was a know issue with iPhone. Other reviews 2 years ago say this! Who has time to check every 30 min. The battery defiantly didn’t last as long as advertised 3-7 days. It’s lucky to last the day. After 2 weeks the unit stopped charging properly, and after about another week it stopped charging all together. On the 10th dec I sent back as the unit was faulty. It’s now the 6th feb and I have not received a replacement or repair. Apparently the unit is being sent back to me soon. Would not recommend there are better devices out there -- Logan69er, 2024-02-06 ### *---- "Don’t buy! Waste of money and time." GPS never worked with own sim. Support took forever to get back to me and resolve the issue which was to use their sim. Battery life was half a day, this was not ideal so requested a refund. Support took weeks to reply about return details. Upon return I still haven’t received refund or any correspondence from Nuttag. I’ve sent over 6+ emails and haven’t had one reply about my return and my money being refunded. This sounds like a scam as I’m not getting my money back! Will be reporting to fair trading. -- Rrach B, 2023-12-04 ### *---- "Shocking. Crashes constantly" Can’t open the app. Crashes instantly even with latest update No support. Tipical Chinese rubbish -- Grumpy old girl 67, 2023-10-24 ### *---- "Refresh issues, poor product" The site advertises "Instant & exact location of your pet". The app did not continuously refresh the dog's position. I tested with two devices. Both are the same. This is a must for a tracking device. I asked for a refund. Their "Love it guarantee. Love it or leave it with our 30-day money-back policy." The returns process was extremely long winded and required far too much back and forth. It required a support call, testing a new unit, providing screen shots and descriptions of the issues. After a month and a half they refunded me. But not the whole amount. They took some money off the top to cover some made up expenses on their site. In my opinion this is a clunky immature product which didn't work as advertised and their support for refund was nothing but painful. -- TrudiErsvaer, 2023-09-22 ### *---- "Waste of money" Spent this money, the tag never worked, couldn’t get any customer service. Do not buy you will not be happy. -- CMGREP, 2023-09-19 ### ***** "New app" New app is nice -- Jon Melbourne, 2023-05-23 ### *---- "Anyone home?" Customer tech service is hopeless. No one answers phone. Device is unable to pair and the whole thing a complete waste of time and money. -- wastemytime2, 2023-04-17 ### ***** "Works great," I can sleep much better now -- Will-96, 2023-02-15 ### *---- "Garbage" Absolute garbage -- eatwellenough, 2023-02-09 ### *---- "Gps pet tracker" Do not buy this it is useless! So sad I wasted my money on it. It took 3 weeks to arrive even though I paid extra for express! I had trouble initially getting it online spoke to a few nuttag reps and finally got it to work. Then it lasted about 2 weeks before stopping again. Still can not get it to go back online. They would not let me return it because it was out of the return time frame even though it took forever to arrive and they stuffed me around trying to get it to work. This is my first ever bad review!!! -- half time player, 2022-12-31 [View all Blue Assist reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to Blue Assist - [Macedon Ranges Shire Waste App](https://apptail.io/app/macedon-ranges-shire-waste-app-nwFb/australia) - [Charge HQ](https://apptail.io/app/charge-hq-RJzc/australia) - [Elecbrakes](https://apptail.io/app/elecbrakes-Fvnd/australia) - [My KISA](https://apptail.io/app/my-kisa-QBli/australia) - [RFSBuddy](https://apptail.io/app/rfsbuddy-nDli/australia) - [RFS ACTIV](https://apptail.io/app/rfs-activ-WDli/australia) - [MyPestGuide Reporter](https://apptail.io/app/mypestguide-reporter-DFli/australia) - [MYRedback](https://apptail.io/app/myredback-uKli/australia) - [My Bushfire Plan](https://apptail.io/app/my-bushfire-plan-GJCi/australia) - [XRS Connect](https://apptail.io/app/xrs-connect-oKCi/australia) ## Blue Assist Available In - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/blue-assist-kEli/australia) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/blue-assist-kEli/mexico) - [Nigeria](https://apptail.io/app/blue-assist-kEli/nigeria) - [Türkiye](https://apptail.io/app/blue-assist-kEli/turkey) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
