## Blue by ADT Reviews in United States

### **--- "Battery"
Don’t stay charged
-- bj0907, 2025-01-03

### *---- "It’s a crappy system"
Too many problems to list.
-- CaseyEL, 2024-12-29

### *---- "Faulty"
I’m so tired of this system (4yrs) the cameras don’t refresh. The hub had us locked in one morning (didn’t want to disarm from the hub nor the app) we then opened the door and couldn’t get the alarm to disarm) it’s slow and has many functional issues when trying to view and delete files. It buffers and just stops.. If you can find better do so. Because for this price it’s not worth it.
-- LuzianaCane, 2024-12-27

### ***** "Great Job"
She’s very precessional and very Kind communicates Good very patient 100 Gabby
-- Bubblicouspoppin 🍭, 2024-12-23

### *---- "Blue is the worst!"
I had ADT but downgraded to blue due to me moving. Blue is absolutely the worst security app ever! It consistently lags, barely loads, and trying to delete or find footage is the worst! Also why don’t I have a delete all footage function? I have a year worth of videos I’m trying to delete and it’s taking forever doing it one by one!
-- RidiculouslyWeird, 2024-12-12

### ***-- "Rating downer"
Rating would be higher if I could purchase another outdoor cam on my phone application. Why does that access/feature not function properly?
-- dweslya, 2024-12-04

### *---- "Product problems"
The blue base does not work and the staff can not fix it
-- Bad base, 2024-12-04

### ****- "Great product and team."
Easy to set up and use. Customers service teams are very informative and helpful.
-- TheOneNYC, 2024-12-02

### **--- "Disappointed"
The video feed has not showed since we had updated service of internet.
-- treci85, 2024-11-28

### *---- "Horrible customer service"
Nothing works and nobody from customer service is willing to help. Good thing I was able to watch people walk away with my things though. Thank you for that ADT
