This new app was garbage when it first rolled out and continues to be essentially unusable. Unable to access the most basic Infor re my insurance.
The bottom right says “we’re offline” and it blocks you from choosing the other options on the bottom.
The developers sent out an update 2 days ago. Now the app won’t log in and keeps me in the loop to signup a new account.
Once you close the app and comeback a day or two later, you have to delete the app and reinstall it. Sure hope you fix it, very annoying
I haven’t been able to access anything on this app in my last few attempts. I’ve had trouble with it since I began using it.
This app and its website are useless, and are mostly non-functional and inaccurate. Difficult to believe BCBS of Minnesota dumped its customers with insurance through their employers into this app that provides minimal info. I cannot get an accurate accounting of my claims, view my EOB’s, find my providers, etc. Why even have an app or website if you cannot provide accurate and complete information? This is such a downgrade. My best bet is to try and find a way to go back to receiving paper EOB’s and track my own benefits and costs. It is honestly the absolute worst app I’ve ever seen built for something so important. Obviously the insurance company simply prefers the cheapest option with inaccurate information.
i can’t even login to use the app! it’s so frustrating. i can’t log in on the website either! what a waste!
The page with my insurance information is blank and they had to submit a ticket with their IT to figure out what’s wrong. They said it could take a while.
Not able to see actual charges or Explanation of Benefits. Can’t figure out where to go to get that, going to the website forces me to the app. Like the simplicity but I’m entitled to see more info than this on my claims.
