Lately, any claims with the option selected to pay remaining amount with Health Spending Account just get ignored and processed (denied) after a couple weeks as Health or Dental plan only. There is either an issue with the way the app is presenting this selection when the claim goes for review or the agents are not paying attention. It results in $0 being paid out each time a valid new claim is made. 
Every now and then a claim will be at the point of submission, then the app will crash. Sometimes these claims still show up in the recent claims list but mysteriously disappear from the app list a week later.. without ever being processed or paid

This app is missing the most important information. How much coverage do I have left? Pacific Blue Cross has an easy to read bar at the top of their app showing exactly how much is left of our coverage. I cannot find this info anywhere in the app or on the website. PLEASE add this to the main page.

“Help” says to check “my plan usage” but this does not exist anywhere in the app.

This is the worst app for benefits I have ever used. Two of the only pieces of information that I regularly would want to use the app for are not available. The date of my current coverage period (how long until reset) and the cumulative amount of each “bucket” I have used to date is not available anywhere easily. I have to add up each type of service on my own to ensure I have enough coverage for any upcoming appointment. Terrible.

I can’t search more than five drugs consecutively without getting the spinning dots. Once that happens I have to close the app, re-sign in, and search again only to find my sucky work coverage actually covers just about nothing. But I digress.

It’s like they don’t want you to make claims.

Additionally, the earlier version was more user friendly. Now more information is required to be inputted.

New to the app and seems pretty straight forward and user friendly except for a bug with adding health professionals to your favourites.
I added a couple my first time around 2 weeks ago and now when I go to the my health professionals they are not there and when i searched for them again and clicked onto add it says this provider has already been added to your favourites but it’s blank under the my health professionals. 
Can you please fix this issue on the app!

I used to have Sun Life as a health insurance provider (through my employer). Their app was 10x better: easy to search for a professional, easy to submit a claim. With the Blue Cross app I cannot find how to do these.

Pourquoi changer une formule qui marche? C’est la question qu’on se pose.. La version précédente nous permettait d’avoir accès très facilement à l’utilisation de nos garanties. Désormais, on peut seulement savoir pour les soins de la vue, dentaires et… « bandelette de test glycémique » 😅(whatever that is) 🤷🏻‍♂️
