Useless app
Once the app times out it logs you out and the notification does not disappear, even weeks later cannot log back in, still the same notification!!!!

It is so annoying.
I used to have Sun Life as a health insurance provider (through my employer). Their app was 10x better: easy to search for a professional, easy to submit a claim. With the Blue Cross app I cannot find how to do these.
Pourquoi changer une formule qui marche? C’est la question qu’on se pose.. La version précédente nous permettait d’avoir accès très facilement à l’utilisation de nos garanties. Désormais, on peut seulement savoir pour les soins de la vue, dentaires et… « bandelette de test glycémique » 😅(whatever that is) 🤷🏻♂️
They keep rejecting my claims with no valid reason and the max amount you can claim for is much lower than other insurance companies meaning you likely will NOT get the full coverage percentage back. Takes FOREVER for them to process claims. Sun life is a million times better…
Slow app. It takes a long to update and the amount of information to fill in for a claim is atrocious. Blue Cross in general is not a good provider, and the reimbursement periods are completely off - when they do not miss the deadline.
Très déçue des changements apportés par la dernière mise à jour, non seulement il faut un bon moment avant de loader chaque nouvelle page mais en plus nous n’avons plus accès à l’information sur notre propre dossier. J’ai parlé à un agent au téléphone et il n’y a plus moyen de connaître sa propre utilisation des garanties sans les appeler, c’est complètement aberrant. On n’a plus non plus de façon de connaître les regroupement de services, il faut les apprendre par cœur ou les noter quelque part, je me demande bien à quoi sert cette foutue application à part de faire des réclamation (qui est d’ailleurs plus complexe qu’elle l’était auparavant). C’est vraiment fâchant, je ne comprends pas pourquoi restreindre l’information à son dossier, il me semble que c’est dans nos droits de savoir combien d’argent il nous reste à dépenser c’est la moindre des choses.
Poor ux and often crashes
Always have to go to the website to submit claims. App is glitchy and not intuitive. Wish my company used a different insurance provider.
The worst upgrade Dental plan no longer shows your coverage You need to know you code to check coverage e.t.c or call them every time It used to be a good simple app They removed all simple features and changed for useless one and attached everywhere a booklet
