•	Chat with a Blue KC Care Manager via secure messaging
•	Receive encouragement, support, and daily tasks to help meet your goals
•	Access clinically approved articles and videos
•	Track your progress to improve your health

Your privacy and security come first; the App includes secure messaging and is fully HIPAA compliant, so you know your information is safe.

This app works with Apple Health for certain care programs, such as those that provide a step count task.

Seek a doctor’s advice before making any medical decisions. This app is designed for education and to provide support between provider visits. If you're enrolled in an eligible care program you may connect a glucometer to share readings with your care management team, but should continue to check with your doctor before making any changes to diet, exercise, or treatment plan.

Encourage me to be strong and provided me with the resources to do so . After being misdiagnosed with breast cancer my team has not left me hanging. A voice of care, steadiness and reassurance, is what I heard in Emily’s voice. She let me know that she is ALWAYS there for me. She helped me understand so I could stop the maddening cycle of fear running through my brain. I kept trying to figure out how this might be spreading or contained. Knowledge is power! She also helped me explore questions about my care and how to get started. She reassured me that I needed to do what I thought was best for me.
