So, I contacted Blue Star customer care and reported the issue. A technician came and told me that both PCBs were damaged and that it would cost ₹20,000 to fix it. He said he would consult with a Blue Star executive and get back to me. After that, I called customer care many times to follow up, but no technician came again. In the end, I contacted a local AC repair technician, and he fixed the AC for just ₹2,500. While the Blue Star technician had quoted ₹20,000, the local guy repaired it completely for a fraction of the cost.
