Both this app and the browser version of it take forever to load anything. I kept the screen open attempting to load my insurance card for upwards of ten minutes with no results. Out of curiosity, I also tried to load up some of the forms (to report health maintenance such as annual physical and vision appointment attestations) and those also didn’t load. This wasn’t ready to launch.

App is very slow to load. Also, it only gives options for earning points via steps versus other activities (strength training, cycling, etc.).

I cannot see my is cards or claims or dependents extremely disappointing this would be launched and not work! It has been a week and nothing is fixed…

You should reactivate the old MyBCBSRI so people can see their claims and if cards

The app was clearly not ready to launch on time for 2025 but management must have pushed through with it anyways… shocker. I can’t pay my bill on the previous BCSBRI app so I called and was told “we have a new app now effective Jan 1 2025 but they’re still figuring the app out” and “I’ll have to call every month to pay my bill for now”. A ton of errors constantly pop on multiple pages and the app is clearly lacking in functionality. The app has a “find care” page but only for primary care, emergency, and psych. What’s the point of adding the “find care” function if I can’t schedule my dentist, eye doctor, etc. using the app. I still need to call my dentist and set everything up myself and now this app wasted 20 min of my time setting it up and not at all being useful. I can’t schedule appointments or pay my bills… real good idea launching the app before it was ready, I bet it was a budget thing or someone’s bonus depended on it lol.
