This morning the app wanted to refresh me as a user.  Now it’s broken and will not authorize.  This is obviously a problem since I’m the top authorized user in our network.

The latest update did not address the issue with the app not saving the naming edits. 

When the app works it is fine. Better than carrying a physical card or fob. However I find myself force closing the app to get it to recognize doors near me.

App worked ok until the event update. Our building has several readers and the edit button was very helpful. With the update it’s not keeping the changes. I changed it within hours and it’s back to default. I tried to send an issue via the report an issue on the app and got a mailer delivery issue.

When it does what it’s designed to do, it’s good, although a little slow. The issue is that it doesn’t always work, seemingly at random, so users get stuck waiting outside doors unsure if the app is slow or simply not working. It’s a good idea but the execution isn’t quite there yet.

The app works fine when you manually use it to open a door. The phone is a bad feature is over rated. It’s not consistent on when it opens the door. Sometimes it can be from 10 feet away. Sometimes you stand 1 foot away for 10 seconds at the door and it opens.

My husband had this app on his iphone & he unexpectedly died. Now, I'm trying to pick up the pieces & gain access to an area that is covered by this app.  My problem? I download the app, AGREE to the 2 terms before me (Eula & keeping my data), I hit NEXT and NOTHING happens. I'm stuck. No error message, no way to proceed. F'n hell. Is this app that awful?  

For what it's worth, I was head of Test of NASA's  Spacecraft Database.   Do people not know how to test anymore? If I did something wrong, why was this path not documented?

We had over 40 of these installed at all access points for our community.   They work with the traditional fobs but then turn your phone into a fob using this app and Bluetooth technology.  Now you can keep your keys in your pocket just have your phone ..  approach the door and unlock the reader by tapping the icon on your phone.  We also placed them in our elevators to restrict access to floors certain floors for residents.  Another use we are looking at is instead of maintaining our expensive transcore readers ... or key pads where everyone knows the code ... to add a blue diamond reader at the resident’s vehicle gate and using this app on your phone to open the gate.  

Love this ... get it ..  or tell the property manager to look into getting them. ....
