False perception of shipment time
I ordered 2 hoodies tonight for my daughter for Easter as the app said expect shipment in 3-5 business days. Great I thought, they will be here by Easter. Once ordered, the receipt email said expect 48+ hours from the time you order to the time of shipment. Fingers crossed that the hoodies are here in time for the Easter Bunny! 🤞🏻
