Can you hear me now

I keep having to restart it because people can’t hear me clearly. I still love my headset this isn’t my first one but it’s a shame because I spent big money on it

It keeps turning off. I’m so disappointed.

Is the biggest piece of garbage

All the blue parrots I have buy over and 12 years most of them end with the same problem I can’t not connect with the blue tooth or they can hear me sometimes very low or ending not taking the charge I have boy 1 or some time more and 1 por year I am switching to other brands I am done

This headset is by far superior to every other one I have used for driving a truck! The noise cancellation along with the micro phone/ear speaker clarity is so good! Thank you for helping e stay connected to my loved ones Blue Parrott! Not to mention the 70 dollar discount I got just by calling and asking about deals! Y’all’s customer service is awesome and so easy/understanding to work with! Again thank y’all for the Blue Parrott experience!

Detachable ear cup stopped working

My detachable ear cup on my S650-XT stopped working, and there are no instructions on how to troubleshoot this, or how to contact customer service. The headset is less than one year old and is not used daily.

Wish the ear piece was bigger, hurts after a couple hours
