Die BlueRange Office App sorgt als persönlicher Assistent für einen idealen Arbeitsalltag der gesamten Belegschaft. Arbeitsplätze lassen sich flexibel buchen, sei es vorab als Reservierung oder spontan im Büro. Die richtige Arbeitsplatzwahl fördert die Zusammenarbeit und erhöht den direkten Austausch unter Kolleg:innen. Projektgruppen können sich über eine Raumbuchung schnell und einfach zusammenfinden. Relevante Personen lassen sich komfortabel über eine Personensuche auffinden.

Die BlueRange Office App richtet sich primär an Mitarbeiter:innen in digitalen Gebäuden mit BlueRange Mesh Komponenten. Mit dem innovativen BlueRange Mesh auf Basis von Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) lässt sich die Raumautomation und kabellose Vernetzung von Licht, Sonnenschutz, Heizung, Lüftung, Kühlung (HLK) und vielfältigen Sensoren für maximalen Raumkomfort flexibel umsetzen. Zur Schaffung optimaler Arbeitsbedingungen lässt sich in Kombination mit BlueRange Mesh oder KNX-/ BACnet-Integration über die Steuerung von Licht-, Jalousie- und Klima jederzeit ein ideales Raumklima erreichen. 

BlueRange ist das digitale Fundament in Gebäuden und macht so die Umsetzung und Bereitstellung von vielfältigen Anwendungsfällen in einem Smart Building erst möglich. Smart Buildings sind energieeffizienter und helfen dadurch den CO2-Fußabdruck in der Immobilienbranche zu reduzieren. Über das BlueRange Mesh können Sensorwerte in Echtzeit abgefragt und Komponenten im Gebäude angesteuert werden. BlueRange steigert somit die Transparenz der einzelnen Komponenten und ermöglicht die Ermittlung einer Betriebsgüte. BlueRange ist eine von WiredScore akkreditierte Lösung und liefert entscheidende Mehrwerte bei einer SmartScore-Zertifizierung.

Für die Nutzung der BlueRange Office App wird ein Zugang zur BlueRange IoT-Plattform benötigt.
