Not too bad.
It’s annoying that you have to scroll down backwards through posts to get to where you last closed the app. It would be nice to get to continue from where you left off. I like getting stuff in chronological order. The fact that I must scroll down and then back up is getting old, and I won’t have the energy to follow more than the 10-15 people I follow now before that’s fixed.
A long way to go.
Bluesky was necessary after Twitter/X changed ownership and stopped moderating right wing extremists and fascism, but it seems very confused on what it wants to be. On the one hand they are going for the failed Silicon Valley model of running after investor money until it inevitably runs out, on the other they tout striving for decentralization and federation when they have very little to show for it. Bluesky has the potential to succeed but not until they find solid ground. Mastodon and the extended Fediverse is a better option for now.
It’s an insane asylum.
Only extreme leftist terrorism is allowed on their platform, it is the most extreme left wing forum I’ve ever seen. Entire channels and accounts dedicated to talking about killing white peoples, conservatives and the entire western world and democracy. The Americans should have the FBI monitor that place daily, it’s a breeding ground for future terrorists. Apple shouldn’t even allow the app to exist.

It’s not too bad. A bit annoying that when you open pictures, a bar with save and share buttons cover part of the pic. Also. Would be nice to be able to continue scrolling upwards from where I was, last I was on. I like getting things in chronological order, so now I have to scroll down, and then up again.

So much less toxic than some big social networks. Innovative features to verify your identity yourself via a personal domain name. I like this place a lot so far! Fun and positive atmosphere in general!
