Not working on iPhone

Plz fix the bugs as it is not working in iPhone . Not showing my account and login , took too much time to process .

Extremely bad products

Got a 22kt. Ring and when i got it tested in tanishq it was actually 18Kt. Filed a case in consumer court. Beware of this scamming compony and purchase only from good brands like tanishq

Bad User experience

I wanted to try at home but there were multiple issues that I faced. I was getting errors that didn’t explain what the issue was. I tried chat option and call option but both were not working from the app. I sent a mail to cs@ bluestone.com without a reply and finally when I called your customer service they tell me that the reason I couldn’t use try at home was because that option was not available for my PIN code

Signing in issue

I had to try at least 10 times. I was getting logged out every time. It was really annoying

As soon as I select a product it crashes and returns to Home Screen, resolve the problem.

Love the designs but the app is crashing for me on iphone13 pro. I cannot open any product page. App crashes immediately. Please fix this bug.
