This app is by far the best blurring app! It's exactly what I needed. Highly adjustable functions such as increase/decrease the intensity and brush size with by sliding ( same as Instagram slide bar) . In addition you can zoom in/out for better control. My favorite function is the invert ! It blurs the whole pic and you can UNBLUR what you need. Saves a lot of time. All without decreasing the quality of the picture. Thanks thanks thanks !! Terrible app don’t buy
I purchased this app only to censor out a photo or two because my editing software that I usually use doesn’t work like that and I haven’t once been able to pixelate because it’s premium only and that is the stupidest thing ever like do you expect me to pay 12.00 a year for something I hardly use???!!!! Well now I won’t be using at all

Works fine. Overpriced.
This will give you a good variety of blur effects. Due to these being reliable and effective, three stars. IMO it would be fair priced as a one time fee. Due to having to pay either an ongoing charge for these simple effects (early or monthly fee), -2 stars for excess price.
